Huset har panoramafönster för ständig njutning av den fantastiska sjöutsikten. Oavsett om du lagar middag i det välutrustade köket, grillar på bryggdäcket, kopplar av i bastun eller vilar i det mysiga vardagsrummet, är utsikten alltid med dig. Vi erbjuder vårt fräscha gästhus med sovloft (ej ståhöjd). Storstuga/allrum med bäddsoffa och matplats för sex personer. Sovrum med dubbelsäng och kaklat badrum med tvätt/torkmaskin. Frukostbricka kan erbjudas. Vi har 4 st cyklar att låna. Här finns närhet till Lycke golfklubb, Tofta Herrgård, Stall Tofta med turridning för Islandshästar. Naturreservat, bad och fiske. Skärgården runt området är perfekt för att paddla kanot och kajak. Marstrand endast 15 min med bil och 35 min till Göteborg.

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

Njut av en lyxig och rymlig lägenhet på 110 kvm på översta våningen i en av Göteborgs mest centrala privata villor. Nyrenoverad och omgiven av grönska och en rymlig trädgård. Just nu, våren 2026, har en häck planterat runt delar av tomten. Tre dubbelsängar, på loftet står de särade, fullt utrustat kök, öppen spis, 65-tums TV och en hemtrevlig atmosfär. Takhöjden på sovloftet är ca 190 cm. Gångavstånd till shopping, Liseberg, Scandinavium, Avenyn etc. Caféer och restauranger i nära.

Centralt i Kungälv

En villa i centrala Kungälv intill älven med närhet till det mesta. Njut av Kungälvs sevärdheter som t ex Bohus Fästning eller förflytta dig snabbt till centrala Göteborg med buss eller bil på endast 20-28 minuter. Bussen stannar utanför Liseberg. Ett ljust och fräscht boende som är väl utrustad med en trädgård att njuta av. Trädgården har flera uteplatser och kan ha tillgång till studsmatta (garanteras ej). Välkommen!

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.
