King's Cottage Uralla

Each bedroom features a period gas flame fireplace, as well as the bathroom where you can lay back in the bath gazing in to the fire as you relax. Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Barking Dog Gallery Bedsit

Barking Dog Gallery is opposite The Top Pub and New England Brewery on the main road in Uralla. The self catering bedsit is attached to the back of the house down the driveway behind Barking Dog Galley and the pottery workshop. The bedsit features skylights, double glazing, antique and modern furniture, a queen size bed and a well equiped kitchen. Tea, coffee and milk is supplied. Just walk across the road for a great meal at The Top Pub. Check in after 3pm. Check out 10am.

The Garden Shed

This new, fully self-contained granny flat is clean and spacious, and centrally located - 10 to 15 minute walk to town centre and 3.5 km from the UNE. Shared backyard and garden with the owner-occupied main house, you can feel free to help yourself to the vege patch. After two busy years, and lovely, consistent guest feedback, I'm making a small rate adjustment to keep things in line with the market. Note - security cameras are external only

Located 500m from the centre of Armidale lies this charming self-contained 140 year old blue brick cottage. Only a short distance is the Goldfish Bowl specialising in wood fired bakery goods and specialty coffee. This self equiped two bedroom cottage can house up to four people for a little get away, over night stay or work trip.
