В квартире не было ни тараканов, ни муравьёв, что редкость для Таиланда Мы рекомендуем это жилье!

The most wonderful view from the 27´th floor balcony. A dream for everyone who appreciate seaside view. Calm conditions and yet 10 minutes away from Pattaya city life by car. Alexander is a very easy host and contributes to the pleasant stay. Only to be recommended. Michael from Denmark

We had a wonderful stay in a new and functional home. The house was extremely clean and tidy. Our vacation was made even more enjoyable by the three pools of different sizes, a large gym, and a sauna. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being within walking distance to the beach was a great advantage. We stayed securely with our family; we had no concerns about safety. Having air conditioning in the living room and bedroom increased our comfort, and despite using it constantly, the electricity bill was very reasonable. We would definitely like to come again and highly recommend it to everyone!

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

We had a great stay! The apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable, located on a quiet street in a good area. It’s well-equipped, with a cozy atmosphere and a comfortable bed. Convenient location, easy check-in, and great communication with the host. Highly recommend!

it was so near to beach and we were getting tuk tuk to go to walking street per person 10Bhat and while coming also we got tuk tuk after getting down it was walkable distance.the room was tidy and hygiene.loved the place .I recommend for people who loves to stay near beach.

The apartment is so peaceful and it is a great opportunity to discover other places surrounded by nature and theme parks around Pattaya. I extended my stay and I loved. The apartment is clean and there is no clutter. Jarvis' team is friendly and very efficient. The building also is clean and very safe. The pool and the gym are available and very nice to try. I really enjoyed my stay and I made a good use of the rooftop and the swimming pool. Thank you Jarvis for being a great host. I recommend this place 100%

Well maintained and cleaned unit. Good size smart TV. Got a special introduction deal, so excellent price quality. Comfy bed and side bench. Highly recommended for a couple of days to several weeks.

조용하고 쾌적했어요. 아기와 머물기에도 좋았고 수건,발매트,생수 매일 갈아주셔서 감사했어요. 문의사항이나 필요한물품있을때 답변도 빨리해주셔서 편히 지냈어요. 3박 후에 다른 숙소로 옮기려다 여행기간동안 연장해서 지낼만큼 마음에 쏙 들었습니다. 테라스에서 바로 수영장으로 연결되어있어 아이가 매일 수영하며 놀았어요. 주변관광지하고는 거리가 있지만 저희는 렌트카가 있어서 무리없이 다닐만했습니다. 파타야로 여행간다면 다음에도 꼭 갈께요~ 아름다운 숙소 감사했습니당^^
