It’s conveniently situated near all the best local shopping spots, making it easy to explore—whether you stroll or hop in a quick taxi. This place is a dream for larger groups! With three spacious rooms, each boasting a private bathroom, everyone will have a slice of comfort. The expansive living room and dining area are ideal for gathering together, and the well-equipped kitchen with washing facilities is a fantastic bonus. And let’s not forget the hosts, Jacob and Surapong! They are delightful—always responsive and incredibly friendly, making your stay even more enjoyable. We had an unforgettable time here and can’t recommend it highly enough! It’s a fantastic experience!

The host is extremely responsive and even so helpful in all matters. The area is just awesome if you want real authentic Bangkok. BTS Udom suk is 3 minutes walk away. And outside you’ll just have everything you need from markets, supermarkets to restaurants, massage and even bars. This area became my new favorite in Bangkok! Very recommendable!

Patsina's place was great! I love how she had the place stocked with tissues, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. Some places barely provide the basic essentials. She was always responsive to any questions or things I needed. First time in Bang Na area and I thought it was nice since it was away from all the crazy busy traffic areas and still not too far if I wanted to get to the main city center. Thank you Patsina!

Clean and for an appartment in that area of the City pretty quiete. Easy to find and Check-in, Everything you Need in close Range. We Head a leaking pipe from the aircondition, causing small leaks on the bathroom floor.

Nice place and swimming pool. I loved the neighborhood and the great market near the building.

真正離bts站2分鐘路程，我在曼谷住過很多說近bts或mtr的，其實都要十多二十分鐘的，但kittipong的房源，只要步出大樓走十多二十步就到on nut bts站，如果你在曼谷打算以bts或mtr作交通工具，這裡真是不二之選。房子清潔乾淨，十分舒適，唯一是房子較少，如果耍求空間較大的，就可能不太喜歡，不過以這個價錢，這個地點，我會極力推薦

คอนโดของคุณ Lalida มีความอบอุ่น เหมือนบ้าน อยู่แล้วมีความสุขมากค่ะ สะอาด มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสบายทุกอย่าง ทีวี 2 เครื่อง ซึ่งทำให้ฉันกับแฟนมีพื้นที่ส่วนตัวเป็นของกันและกัน เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัว คู่รัก ที่ต้องการคอนโดที่มีพื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่ การเดินทางก็สะดวก อยู่ไม่ไกลจากรถไฟฟ้าและห้างเดอะมอลล์บางกะปิ แล้วจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

This place was very nice with close proximity to Icon Siam Mall (15 min walk). The place was clean and had good views of the city. The wifi wasn't the best and we lost signal a few times. The gym has everything needed for a good workout but the sauna takes so long to warm up it wasn't really worth using. Overall it was a nice stay.
