너무 너무 만족합니다 집이 너무 깨끗하고 짐정리하게 편리한구조였으며 집도 따듯하고 온수도 잘나왔어요 유적지와도 가까워 걸어갈수 있었어요 이탈리아에서 제일 기분좋은 숙소 였습니다

The location is fantastic, absolutely central in Matera. You are direktly in the heart of Sassi. The apartment is indescribably great. I love the cave apartment. It is one of my best stay ever. The communication is excellent. We had a really good time there. If i visit Matera again, i will definitely stay here again.

Leonardantonio was a great host. His response about my questions was perfect and timely. He had shared history and lots of information about Matera. He had shared several restaurants as well, so we could make a reservation in advance. This house has its own parking space, so it was very safe to park the car. Leonardantonio came to me when I checked out and shared with me the good breakfast cafe to stop by. He made my stay memorable at Matera.

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e luminoso. Quello che forse fa la differenza è la posizione perfetta per visitare Matera, a 5 minuti a piedi dai Sassi. Veramente ideale! Adriana è stata gentilissima e simpaticissima, ci sentiamo di ringraziarla per l'ottima esperienza!

Upon arrival we were greeted by Andrea’s husband to check us in and give us some information/suggestions on what to see in Matera. It’s a great apartment just outside the city walls of the old town. The location was perfect for us to walk and explore Matera. The apartment is spacious, clean, and beautiful. Wish we could have enjoyed it for a couple more days. Great stay in a great city.

We were two couples and we very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in the modern part of Matera but only a very short walk to elegant shops and restaurants, and to the amazing historical center you'll be exploring. The apartment is modern, spacious, nicely furnished, with a very nicely stocked kitchen. The patio is very large, secluded, and comfortable. We loved everything about the place and would definitely stay here again. I'd note that there is one bathroom adjacent to both bedrooms, but the second bathroom is at the other end of the apartment. The host offers secure garage parking for a modest fee. I recommend you take advantage of this but be sure to drop your bags off at the apartment before you park your car.

Esistono persone e Persone. Anita, la nostra host, appartiene di diritto alla seconda categoria: da subito cordiale, accogliente e professionale, con lei tutto risulta facile. La casa è perfetta per i gruppi, comoda, pulita e rilassante. Anita ci mette quel "plus" che davvero fa' la differenza fra un alloggio e "casa tua": impossibile rimanere indifferenti a tutto questo, gentilezza prima di ogni altra cosa. 😊

Una anfitriona de lujo, un departamento hermoso con todo lo necesario, en una zona muy cómoda, cerca de un estacionamiento y a dos pasos del centro histórico.

Consigliatissimo, ottima posizione

Collocazione molto comoda come posizione per raggiungere i punti di maggiore interesse. Casa accogliente(abbiamo alloggiato in 5) e molto pulita, attrezzata anche con caffettiera e caffè a disposizione.

Io e due miei amici abbiamo alloggiato per due notti nell' appartamento di Marcello; oltre a rispecchiare le nostre esigenze di alloggio (comfort dell' appartamento adeguato al prezzo indicato e posizione comoda nel centro storico) abbiamo trovato Marcello estremamente reattivo e disponibile durante i 3 giorni passati lì. Consigliato

La casa di Michele è nuovissima, sembra appena ristrutturata, come appare nel fotografico, bellissima cucina, ampie camere da letto con comodi letti, bagni nuovissimi. Vi abbiamo soggiornato in cinque persone, quattro adulti e un bambino, il centro storico è nelle vicinanze. Consigliatissimo.

È stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo. Le indicazioni per raggiungere la struttura erano perfette e l'host ci ha dato moltissimi consigli sul nostro soggiorno, che lo hanno reso più facile e speciale. L'appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli ed era PULITISSIMO! Grazie mille!

L'appartamento di Pietro è spazioso, molto pulito, ben tenuto e ben fornito. La posizione è ideale sia per la visita di Matera e sia per escursioni nei dintorni. Il borgo è tranquillo e concilia il relax. Lo consigliamo vivamente. Pietro's apartment is spacious, very clean, well-kept and well-equipped. Buona location e appartamento esattamente come in foto e da descrizione. Comunicare con Daniela è stato semplice e le indicazioni che ci ha fornito sono state estremamente chiare. Posizione centrale ver visitare Matera ...lo consiglio .

We LOVED our stay in this beautiful, spacious, well-appointed apartment. It has all the amenities for a wonderful stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, an amazing hot tub in a cave and a comfortable bed with ensuite. Also it is perfectly located in the sassi with incredible views. Access to the apartment is very easy from the Piazza Vittorio Veneto, with only a few stairs to descend to the front door. Paid parking is close by at Park Scotellaro but it is expensive for overnight. We found free parking on Via Lanera (April ). Our only problem was check-in. On arrival, we couldn't reach the local host, and CleanB&B (based in Milan) were unhelpful and unresponsive. We waited for an hour and a half and finally had to contact Airbnb for help. The apartment is self check-in, so we just needed a code to the lockbox. But after that, the local host was much more responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! Perfekte Lage, wunderschöne Appartements und du bist genau in der Mitte zwischen Altstadt und Hauptstraße. Der Whirlpool ist der Hammer nach einer schönen Wanderung durch die Berge der Sassi und Allessandra ist unwahrscheinlich lich sympathisch & herzlich! Würde ich jedem empfehlen und nirgendwo anders mehr buchen 😍

This apartimento was spacious and beautifully decorated with furniture and art work. The access was central and easy and views from the windows and balcony were amazing. Wonderful experience.

Anna Maria, très sympathique, accueillante. Appartement situé dans une zone très calme, superbement agencé, mêlant confort et modernité. Quant à la salle de bain"le grand luxe", avec douche et une baignoire à remous. Nous conseillons et recommandons cette location. Merci Anna Maria

Wonderful location, breathtaking city, unique stay combining the ancient with modern luxuries and a lovely host. Host was always responsive and helpful especially with our last minute request for the nearby secure parking garage. Garage attendees were expecting us and so friendly. Spacious accommodation with easy, secure access mere steps from the heart of Matera. A delicious complimentary breakfast at a nearby cafe was also greatly appreciated. Lovely, friendly staff serving divine pastries, sandwiches and coffees! Matera is not to be missed and staying in a cave apartment, with a hot tub as well, was a once in a lifetime experience!!

Alles war wie angegeben. Wirklich perfekte Lage, in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt bzw Sassi! Würde wieder buchen und kann es ehrlich weiter empfehlen!
