Stay with the whole family in this wonderful accommodation with plenty of space for moments of joy. Spacious apartment with many amenities with approximately 80sqm on 2 levels with an internal staircase. 2 separate bedrooms bathroom living room kitchen on the first floor and living room with sitting area with TV and skylight on the second floor as well as the second bedroom. 100 meters from the sea. 3 minutes from the super market and 5 minutes from the bakery.

Το Studio Wilem ευρίσκεται στον δεύτερο όροφο μιας διώροφης οικοδομής στην παλιά Σάρτη, μόλις 30 μέτρα από την παραλία, αλλά και την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού. Resident in front of the beach.

Summer house just 20 steps from the seashore. It is located in a quiet area close to the village of Agios Nikolaos in Halkidiki, ideal for resting, relaxation, swimming and carefree holidays. For our family it's our hermitage.
