Peony house

Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

It's 60sqm and built in a very interesting way, with main bedroom & ensuite bathroom on top floor,2nd semi-enclosed bedroom on a loft over the living room & a sofa bed.There is a fully equipped kitchen,2 bathrooms & a living room with fireplace.Enjoy the sunset&the sea view from the terrace! Stone dream house

Αυτός ο μοναδικός χώρος έχει το δικό του στιλ. Είναι μια Παραδοσιακή πέτρινη κατοικία 200 ετών, ζεστός χώρος απο ξύλο & πέτρα ,πλήρως ανακαινισμένος χωρίς όμως να χάσει την ταυτότητα του.. Βρίσκεται μέσα στο χωριό και απέχει απο τις κοντινότερες μαγευτικές παραλίες 7’. Πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόριο, σούπερ μάρκετ. Η κατοικία περιλαμβάνει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με υπερδιπλο κρεβάτι και ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι , τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, καθώς και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με φούρνο μικροκυμάτων & ψυγείο.

Το σπίτι της Αλκυόνης-Το τρίτο στούντιο, είναι μία πρόταση για όσους επιθυμούν να ξεφύγουν και να χαλαρώσουν. Το στούντιο είναι φωτεινό όταν χρειαστεί και άνετο ώστε να φιλοξενήσει ένα ζευγάρι 2 ατόμων. Διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, δωρεάν wifi για ολους τους ενοικιαστές μας. The fun-attic! Fully autonomus attic by the sea.

Fully autonomous attic with shower and kitchen, ideal for couples or a single person. Unique location, just 50m distance to the sea, but also very close to the woods, this little house is not just a room with a view, but a wonderfull oppurtunity to have your dreamfull vacations.
