danise's listing was acurate and the amenities were more than what average airbnb's provide. no fuss at the gate and very easy to find the place using google maps and her instructions. plus for us were the 3 rooms with lots of pillows, towels and basic toiletries. i think the house next door were her relatives and they provided assistance when we needed it. we also loved the honesty store. it was very fairly priced and the options were well thought of. smart tv, wifi and the living room aircon were also very much appreciated. 🥰

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We visited in March, and it did get uncomfortably hot upstairs, so I’d recommend future guests consider paying the additional fee to use the living room air conditioner—it really makes a difference.

We had an overall great stay at this resort! The location is peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are cool and comfortable to sleep in. The host was very responsive, and the caretakers were kind and accommodating, which made us feel welcome and well taken care of. A few things that could be improved: having an in-house store for basic necessities would be convenient. The pool water was a bit too hot for our preference, though we understand it’s sourced from a natural hot spring. Also, the fridge might need an upgrade as it didn’t cool as efficiently as expected. That said, we still really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

The Sunset house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Lucban. It is near a hospital, supermarket and church. The house itself is beautiful, homey and comfortable with lots of space. The caretaker, Susan, is friendly, approachable and easy to contact. We didnt have any problems with the accommodation, only that it was really cold during our stay and the blankets were not thick enough. But it is very minor. Overall, the place is worth the bucks. PS: bed is super comfy

very nice place we enjoy the karaoke, playing cards, scrabble and play the billiards and basketball with self court. the place is relaxing and peaceful, i feel like home. and the host is very easy to deal with and the caretaker ateng is very approachable, they are very nice. hope to comeback there and looking forward to the pool to covered so we can swim even its sunny. About the Host/People: The hosts are very responsive, accommodating and understanding. The caretakers Jojo and Hany are courteous and helpful whenever we need assistance. There aren’t neighbors too close by but generally they (the homeowners and not guests) are quiet and friendly too. The place: Everything in the photos are what you will see when you book this place. Lakeshore is a known Filinvest development so getting there is easy. The pin of the house was also on point so the map is accurate This place is homey and well thought of. All rooms have bathrooms (super plus for a large group especially with kids). We like how each room can offer different experience, like the tub in the master bedroom, the veranda in another room, the bunkbed with slide in the game room, etc. the kitchen was spacious enough to move around plus there’s a mini pantry so we can organize our groceries. Overall it was worth the price and travel destination. Thank you Scott and Jansen!

Our family had a truly heartwarming Christmas Eve at Casa del Rey in San Juan, Batangas. The place was a perfect blend of comfort and style, making us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We're so grateful for their hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

The place is cozy and we had the most amazing time during our cousins' getaway! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The Host is responsive, very accommodating and is considerate when we communicate our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed it here. Plus, the water's temperature is superb! We will definitely be recommending it to others.

1. There are several rules and we agree to it 100%, if you are staying at someone's place people should respect it. 2. Jennelyn is excellent in replying to messages in a timely fashion. 3. Neneng, the caretaker looked after us well. I enjoyed having conversation with locals like her. We get to know what is happening around town. 4. Rooms were spacious, tidy & equipment all in working condition 5. We loved the place that we ended up extending for another night. 6. Fresh new water being pumped when we arrive. It turns on automatically, if it doesn't Neneng is made aware and she dealt with it. 7. Water temp - I would prefer if its hotter a little bit. During the night, water temp goes down, it gets a bit cool to dip in the morning even with the top up. 8. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place. I just couldn't sleep as neighbouring guests are on their Karaoke in wee hours & are so loud that is beyond control. Have a fabulous time everyone! Thank you Jennelyn & Neneng

We had a wonderful and fun stay. This is one for the books as our dogs are able to run around, swim together with us and sleep in each separate AC rooms. The spring running water outside is so relaxing to hear and see. We woke up a little early the following day so we have the area all by ourselves. It was nice roaming around and taking pictures. I specifically loved that there are a lot of spaces that you can lounge. chairs and sofas are everywhere, nice to have a chat with your families here or play some of our board games. Water pressure is also so good, perfect for taking a shower. Bathrooms, rooms and sala are so spacious Kuya Ramil was helpfull and very polite and easy to communicate with the owner too

what a hidden gem! This place is truly a rare find—super private and peaceful, with the beach practically all to ourselves. We had the best time swimming in both the ocean and the pool. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway! While the place could use a bit of maintenance (a few hiccups with the toilets and air conditioning), it didn’t take away from our amazing stay. Ate Nat, her husband, and the rest of the caretakers were incredibly kind and helpful—they even went out of their way to buy fresh seafood for us! If you’re looking for a quiet escape to relax and recharge, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

A space full of character! It was huge and a great place for bonding with our extended family members! We had space for games, catch-ups, relaxing and sitting down together to banter over hearty meals. Our onsite caretakers led by Manang Eva were very generous with offering assistance😍. I can imagine families, companies and barkadas enjoying this place just as much as we did!

We had a great time here with my family. So glad we booked this private villa and get to bring our dog with us too. The pool is 3 min walk away from the villa but we rented a golf cart for transport. It would be convenient if the private villa have it’s own pool too. We bought fish outside and enjoyed grilled fish for lunch before checking out. We also bought some local harvest from the farm. We will definitely go back. This is very ideal for small family or groups. Before checking out, we planned to stay again for another night since we enjoyed, we just wanted to stay longer. Unfortunately i checked the app and it’s not available anymore. We hope to be back soon! Thank you to our host for sharing your place with us. Definitely a 5 star stay 👌🏻

Nice cozy home. Me, my girlfriend, and my friends enjoyed our stay here. area is away from traffic and noise. Easy access outside the gate to get a tricycle to go anywhere you need. it was a great home I would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this private home with infinity pool facing nature, it’s the perfect spot for a peaceful family getaway away from the crowd. We truly appreciated that they allowed pets, which made the experience even more special for us. Everything in the resort was top-quality, from the kitchen appliances to the bathroom essentials and bedroom linens—all branded and well-maintained. The place was spotless and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The caretaker and the host were both very responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The place had a homey vibe and amenities are ok. It is near the clubhouse and having a dip pool is a plus.

We did book for 2 nights but we just stayed one night only because there is an emergency. I am hesitant to ask the host for a refund but I tried to but the hosted reponded politely and He is easy to talk to, then I got the refund. We are looking forward to Stay in His place again soon. The host, Mr, Jess was very responsive and accommodating. The House was cozy, clean, smells good, quiet and private. The 3 bathrooms were all clean. The kitchen has complete cookwares/utensils that we need for cooking our meals. The location of the house was very near the pool and beach area. The pool is big and not over crowded. The star of the house is the 8 seater JACUZZI, which we enjoy and gave us a very relaxing experience. Plus point for us it is pet friendly, our fur baby enjoy the place and the beach. Over all it was a relaxing, fun and enjoyable stay.

It’s clean and comes with complete cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. What you see on the Airbnb listing is exactly what you get. She also provided clear instructions on how to get to the place and even assisted us in arranging a cottage near the beach. Highly recommended!

One of the best resorts we’ve rented! No curfew for music so we really enjoyed and had fun without worrying about being loud. The place gave us full privacy, the caretaker was respectful and never bothered us. We brought our 2 huskies and they were totally okay with it!! ☺️ no hesitation at all. No extra charges or hidden fees, just pure good vibes. Warm water, clean place, and super relaxing overall. The host is super kind and accommodating. Definitely going back! 🥳
