The house is absolutely beautiful and the property is very well manicured. The host was very generous and helpful responding to any and all questions and accommodating our small family wedding. Very grateful and thankful to our host and his family for opening their home to us and letting us enjoy such a beautiful and spacious venue. The pool was our favorite part! And very much enjoyed by the whole family!

This was my favorite place that we have stayed in Oxford. It is nicely decorated, very homey, spacious and very convenient to the square…about a 7 minute walk which was great! It is awesome that every bedroom has a bathroom. And then there is an additional 1/2 bath. The upstairs has a separate thermostat from the main level which is great for temperature control. The porch was a great hang out place. The kitchen was nicely equipped, with keurig coffee pods supplied. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again. 10 out of 10!

Pete and Sarah was extremely helpful with everything. This is a beautiful home and look forward to returning in the future.

The house was very clean and organized. We didn’t cook, but I know we could have easily prepared a meal there. There’s an electric kettle which was great since we drink a lot of coffee and tea. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. All around great stay. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town for a ball tournament!

Ruby's place was great! We had a fun parents weekend/baseball weekend and this place was affordable/clean and the host was very quick to respond to anything we needed! Highly recommend!

House was great for my weekend visit to see my son at Ole Miss. House was very clean and great location. Close to downtown and far enough out to be off the beaten path. Matthew was great with messages and instructions how to get into community and condo. Would rent from again

It was just what I needed for my trip! I have to add that the decor was one of my favorite parts, I wish I could replicate it back home haha. Would absolutely recommend this place as it is close to everything in Oxford.
