Beautiful and very spacious with everything we needed . We loved our stay and would definitely return. Great views along the river. Very well placed to see Kuching with lots to see and do. A very good find, good security too.

I can’t thank Kak Maz enough for coming to our rescue during such a stressful time! We were in an emergency after realising our initial hotel booking was a scam, and we had to find somewhere else to stay last minute. Alhamdulillah, with Kak Maz’s help, my family found this place, and honestly, it turned out to be such a blessing in disguise. Riverside Emerald completely exceeded my expectations. The place is beautiful, spacious, and way bigger than I imagined—it’s one of the biggest hotels in Kuching! The staff were so understanding and helpful, which made us feel really taken care of during such a tough situation. Thank you for turning what could’ve been a disaster into such a positive experience. I’m genuinely so grateful! AlhamduLillah!

Stay here for 4days 3nights. Comfort place to stay. Especially for a big group. The amenities are well prepaid. Cleanliness is A+. This condo is literally above the biggest mall there I think. So it’s hassle free to find, or if you have limited time to do last minute shop. As for the host, Edison is really helpful. Check in was smooth with all the proper guide. Very responsive to any doubt you have. (Apologize to you Edison, for panicking about the water heater earlier. Turns out, It just need a little time. Hihi) My only rant about this place (not really related to the host) is the vivacity mall is very strict for grab pickup and drop off. You have to be fast. On any of entrance. Event in front of suite lobby also cannot be aboard. Thank you for the tip top hospitality!

The unit looks just like the photos—cozy and beautifully renovated. During our stay, only one of the two elevators was working, but the wait was never more than 5 minutes. While the price is higher than other accommodations along the waterfront, the prime location and scenic views are totally worth the splurge. After a long and busy day, vibing on the balcony with a peaceful sunset and watching boats crossing the river was truly refreshing. Overall, as first-timers to Kuching, we felt at home and really enjoyed the stay.

Architecture wise, outstanding! Marvellous! Rooms are of decent and lavish sizes with each room equipped with en-suite bathrooms. Very comfortable for family with elderly and kids. The inside swings are a plus for kids and adults alike. One of the best Airbnb homes I’ve been to even compared with overseas.

Great place to stay

Peter is a very kind and helpful person, he advised us many activities and communication was clear and easy. His apartment was conform to the pictures, spacious and clear. Swimming pool was nice with a beautiful view on the resort's lake. We will come back in Peter's apartment without any hesitations.
