Lovely little apartment with a balcony. The building itself is clean and has a great rooftop pool and small gym that you can use. We stayed for a week, we had already stayed previously in a hotel in the old city so wanted somewhere different. It’s quite a good location: 7-Eleven opposite, a Watsons, some nice coffee/food stalls and a lovely cafe called The Wooden Door. Up and down the street are a few bar’s & restaurants. About 15mins walk away is a square with bars & live music (and an amazing wine bar called Baccos). Night Bazaar about 25mins walk. We took a morning walk to the old city - that took 25mins, but a Grab back was less than 100THB. We thought it was very reasonably priced for our week’s stay and the hosts always got back to us quickly.

Yada’s place was amazing!! It was very spacious and very clean. All the amenities provided were in pristine condition. An amazing touch was cold filtered water in the fridge which was much needed in the May heat. The location is superb, close to the night market and many shops and eateries. It’s also inside an alley so it’s still private and quiet. It’s easy to walk around and also easy for cabs to find the location. The place is clean and tidy. The toilet is very big with sufficient space for 2 girls to do their hair and makeup. The bed was very comfortable, and had 4 pillows in total. There is a washer and dryer, and basic cooking utensils, although we didn’t use them. Yada is responsive and allowed us to stay alittle longer after checkout to hide from the heat. She also recommend a very good driver to us. Would definitely be back the next trip!

A lovely apartment with an extra bedroom near the main elevator. There was also a table inside, which was great for working, very clean and the host is responsive. Highly recommend.

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

Great stay at the Astra Sky River. The place is cozy and perfect for a couple. Everything was as described and looked like the photos. Communication was quick and easy, and the location is great for visiting Chiang Mai. The roof top pool is also amazing for sunset!

We had a very comfortable stay and it had all the amenities we needed. My sister loved the softness of the bed in the smaller room while I found the hot and cold shower system to be efficient. There’s a co-working space and a gym to use. Having a 7-11 across the condo was also bonus. The host was very responsive and addressed concerns promptly. They even provided bottles of water and some coffee capsules which we really appreciated. Overall, it was better than booking a 5 star hotel room for me. Great value for money.

conveniently located and would definitely stay again

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

Logement vraiment magnifique! Les plafonds sont immense il y’a un étant avec des nenuphare tout autour de la maison, c’est encore plus beau que sur les photos!! 3 grandes chambres avec 3 grand lit double! toute la villa était pour nous! La dame qui s’occupe de nettoyer la villa était très sympathique 😌 Un peu loin de la ville aucun grabe disponible, mais très reposant. La villa aurait besoin d’un petit coup de neuf sur certaine installation mais ce n’était pas dérangeant je recommande cet endroit et j’y retournerai sans hésiter pour repasser une semaine 🥰

We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for family size accommodation with great facilities (they have a superb gym). We also really liked the location on a safe and secure complex with an excellent little family run coffee shop/restaurant just 5 minutes walk away.

We were searching for a quite place after some travel time and found it. The house was perfect for me and my two children to relax and everybody could enjoy time on his own in different rooms. The house is big and clean and has a nice decor. There is a garden arround with different sitting areas to have a coffee or read a book. Even the main roads are easy to reach from the house, you cant hear any street noise. A shopping mall and street shops a reachable in a few minutes with the car. Siri is a wonderful host. He gave us all information we needed and was helpful in all situations. He asked every day if anything is missing. It was easy to contact him via Whats app. He helped us organizing a doctors appointement and drove us in the city, helping talk to the doctor. Thank you for all your kindness and help. You gave us a feeling of having a home and a friend.

wonderful stay with a warming host, always been checking us out & introducing us to places, the location is just very convenient as it was just beside big C, the house is perfect for family with kids. thank u merry for being a excellent host, we will be back again. love

Exceptional host. The place itself was obviously great. The pool was even better in person than in the pictures. Great place to be in the heat and perfect for pictures. It fit all 14 of us with plenty of space. I would recommend 10/10 but what really made this place amazing was our host. Hands down best host I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond and made our whole trip smooth and enjoyable. I would stay at any of her properties!

Amazing condo in Chiang Mai. John’s place was modern, spacious, clean and had thoughtful touches like a fridge stocked with waters, eggs, bacon, and condiments. John was very friendly and responsive and was helpful and flexible. I highly recommend this space for your stay in Chiang Mai.

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chiang Mia. Pia was an amazing host, even through the earthquake. Would highly recommend.

I am very happy with our stay. Wonderful apartment, lovely rooftop bar and good gym. Very good location of the apartment. Golf was an excellent host and always helped us, we got to check in early and check out late with just a small fee. Would stay here again!

Wonderful stay. Natasa is attentive and super helpful, and the apartment is gorgeous. Location in Astra is amazing with walking access to many great night markets and old town.

The location is not far from Chiang Mai university. Better to rent a motorbike to explore the city. . The whole building is under the airplanes routes, in the evening there will be frequents flights taking off, after midnight till early morning, it’s quiet. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay, cozy and bright, size is good for two people.

My wife and I had a wonderful 100 night stay. Location is great, dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Two grocery stores within walking distance. Natasa is a super host. She is always quick to respond to questions or requests. She helped us line up cars and drivers when we needed them. She's always around and responsive.

과중한 일로, 몸과 마음이 지쳐서 ‘쉼’을 목적으로 계획했던 여행입니다. 그저 조용한 방이 필요했고, 걸어서 쉽게갈 수 있는 카페와 식당이 많이있는 숙소를 찾았는데, 이곳이 바로 그곳이었어요. 이따금 들려오는 비행기소리만 아니라면, 매우 조용합니다. 예약하기 전에 리뷰를 보고, 귀마개를 준비해서 갔던 여행이지만, 귀마개를 하지않고 지냈어요. 처음에는 신경이 쓰였으나, 시간이 지나며 익숙해져갔어요. 매우 유명한 식당과 카페가 도보로 5분이내의 거리에 있어요. 그리고, 가까운 도로주변에서 판매하는 파인애플과 망고를 매일 사서 집에서 먹는 즐거움이 있었어요.(냉장고가 크고 좋아요) 세탁기와 세제가 준비되어있어, 적은 양의 옷을 가져갔었고 일주일동안 머무는동안에 세탁을 직접하며 정말 집에서 살고있는 것 같았어요. 도움이 필요할 때마다, 호스트의 정말 빠른 응대에 감사했습니다. 일주일동안 편히 잘 쉬었고, 다음에 또 머물고 싶어요.
