Brand new 6-bedroom modern villa with large salt swimming pool in an upscale gated neighborhood Punta Cana Village. Surrounded by Beach Clubs within 10 to 30 minutes drive. You can walk to famous restaurant strip in the village. Huge grocery supermarket Navional is 5 minutes away. 6 minutes away from airport. Cleaning on weekdays from our maid Kemberly is included in price. Unlike other villas, we don't charge extra for electricity but ask to turn off air conditioning when don't need it.
