I had an amazing stay at this place. The apartment looks just like the photos, stunning! We had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The kitchen was well equipped with just the right amount of pots, utensils, and glassware. The balcony was where we spent most of the day. We had a beautiful view! The beds were comfy. The closets were spacious. The bathrooms were clean. And the washer and dryer worked well. The pool was also great! The staff in the building was very friendly and attentive. I wanted to stay near all of the beautiful restaurants Piantini has to offer and this was PERFECT. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I’ll also be considering it for my next stay in Santo Domingo.

Sophisticated Apartment in the Heart of the City.

Overall, the stay was great. It was within 15-20 drive to everything we wanted to do, and the place was great for the family to stay. The sauna was not working, which was a disappointment, and there was no 5 gallon bottle of water so we had to go buy several gallon jugs at the grocery store since the water is not potable.

I always rent from Miquel when I come to Sanyo Domingo. All of his properties are always nice, up to date and in a great location which explains why they’re always in demand and booked. I would definitely return to this location or any of the previous locations too.

Sebastian and Santos made our stay so easy. Very kind, professional, and quick to respond. Not to mention their instructions were very clear. We loved the security of this place as well. Located in a convenient spot close to many establishments. Will definitely make of this place my stay every time I visit Santo Domingo. highly recommend it!

Luxury 13th Floor Apartament two Bedroom

The place is spotless clean, very beautiful decorated and high secured location. The pool in the 19th floor has one of the best amazing views ever, looking and the ocean to the south and mountains to the north. The area which the apartment is located is super centralized and privileged less that 10 mins from various shopping mall and high end restaurants. Kath is an amazing host very responsive and always attentive to every need. I places of comfort and luxury!

Quiet apartment with Pool and Gym top roof

Check-in was quick and easy, with detailed instructions from the host. The apartment was ideal for a long stay and had everything I needed, washer and drier, a good bathroom and kitchen and even a small pool on the roof and a basic gym . Other positive features were strong wifi and a keypad to enter the apartment which was convenient. The air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room worked perfectly. The building itself is modern and located in a good neighbourhood with security outside and in the lobby. Close to the boardwalk, supermarkets and local parks. I would highly reccommend staying here, especially if visiting Santo Domingo for a week or longer!

Newer modern building with all amenities, 24 hours security, short walk to some of the best restaurants in the area. Only drawback is that the city is growing so rapidly be prepared for constant construction noise. Bathroom shower does drain very slow, but this Airbnb is built for a long term. Host provided everything one would need for comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host Mr Carlos was very helpful and extremely responsive, It really made a difference. I would definitely recommend this place!
