The reviews are all accurate. I felt like the King of El Campo while I was there. It's a treat to see this place to say the least. The pool was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. Fernando is always close enough to help with anything and far away enough for privacy.

Lovely stay at Suzanne's place in Santo Domingo. The house has a lot of character, and we loved using the small backyard pool to cool off during the hot afternoons. The lack of AC in the main areas was no problem as the apartment catches a nice breeze, and the AC in the bedrooms works well. Our son enjoyed sleeping on the loft bed in the living room. I will echo what others have said - the stairs situation is not to be underestimated. We were there with our four kids (9, 7, 3 and 2) and the two little ones were not allowed to go up or down the stairs unsupervised. They are very steep and uneven, as well as lack proper railings - so even for adults, just make sure you pay attention to this and if you have mobility problems, maybe not the right place. For us, we loved it! Great communication from the hosts and super friendly. Walkable to many restaurants and the downtown. Highly recommend this place!

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

Nos encantó el apartamento, todo estaba perfecto, tal como se muestra en las fotos. Todo lo que pudimos necesitar estaba disponible. Contacto directo con Luis Carlos de manera rápida y disposición al 100%. Comodidad y tranquilidad era lo que estábamos buscando. Con planes de volver, sin duda! Lo recomendamos con los ojos cerrados!

Edwin is the host with the most, Airbnb was listed as described and nailed it. Within walking distance of Boca Chica Bleach and restaurants, supermarket, colmado and varies business, because convenience is key. Only recommendation, blackout curtains for the morning when the sun stays to rise. Thanks for your hospitality.

5 Stars – The Perfect Stay in Santo Domingo! This apartment was everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the comforts we needed—AC, strong Wi-Fi, comfy bed, and even a washer/dryer which was a huge plus. Edwardo was very responsive and even accommodated an early check in !! He also recommended us to BOBA which I wanted to pack in my luggage and bring her home with my family She cooked and cleaned for us & also kept my teens company Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, safe, and convenient place to stay in the city!

Sin duda regresaría de nuevo a hospedarme en la residencia :) Limpieza Impecable: El Airbnb estaba excepcionalmente limpio y ordenado a nuestra llegada. Cada rincón se encontraba muy bien cuidado. Comodidades Modernas: Las instalaciones proporcionadas son modernas y estaban en perfecto estado de funcionamiento. Desde los electrodomésticos y utensilios de la cocina hasta los dispositivos de entretenimiento, todo estaba en condiciones óptimas. Atención al Detalle: Se notó un cuidado especial en los detalles, desde la ropa de cama, servicios de limpieza, utensilios de cocina. Wendel’s Place exceeded my expectations! It looked just like the photos and was conveniently located near fantastic restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was stunning, contemporary, and impeccably clean. I highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future.
