Cozy Apartment with Totally Private Roof Terrace and Jacuzzi

Sunbathe or chill out in a hanging chair, slip into the totally private rooftop Jacuzzi after sunset and gaze at the stars The jacuzzi size pool is cold water only....a refreshing option in the tropical heat. The apartment is on a quiet street near the cathedral and Parque Duarte in easy walking distance to historical sights, restaurants, bars, and cultural attractions. There is free street parking, we strongly recommend to leave the car at one of the guarded parking options nearby at night.

Luxury penthouse con jacuzzi privado, Gym, pool

Este penthouse piso 20-21 tiene una hermosa vista al mar, las montañas y a la ciudad con jacuzzi privado. Ubicado en zona centrica a minutos de los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad. Es apto para cualquier publico por que esta a minutos de mall, bancos, bares supermercados y parque mirador sur. Esta finamente decorado con el fin de lograr que su estadia sea comoda y relajante. La terraza privada es el encanto del apartamento por que se puede admirar la ciudad completa, el mar y las montañas.

Cozy Studio in the Heart of SD

Cozy Studio located in the center of Santo Domingo 2-5 mins walk to main avenues and no more than 10 mins walk to train station with transfers available to all train routes, only 1 mile away from "El Malecon". There are plenty of entertainment options nearby including malls, bowling, restaurants, movie theaters, and parks. This is a new apartment (built in 2016) to include private parking with remote electric gate and security cameras.
