Lovely house, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for our family. The neighborhood is quietly secluded near a busy area. The caretaker was helpful, we asked for a portable crib/ pack and play for our baby and he quickly brought one over. The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the third floor, assessible by a very narrow spiral staircase. Our teenagers didn't have any problems and liked the novelty. Beware anyone older.

It’s beautiful and has everything that you need to feel at home. On top of already the having a jacuzzi and pool table the TV comes equipped with multiple subscription services and apps for your entertainment.

If you are seriously looking for an affordable, clean, quiet place to stay on your visit to the Dominican Republic. Choose Jacqueline’s place as your home away from home. You get the whole place to relax. Meaning you can get away from all the noise that you may expect when you visit with loud music and so on. The host is very accepting, polite and accommodating. She earned and deserves a five star rating. I will be returning and hope when I do that her place is available.

This place is safe and close to high end restaurants. The balcony has an awesome view of the area.

La meva estada era per negocis i tenia l'oficina al cantó i per tant l'ubicació era molt convenient. Ademés es cert que a prop hi havia un centre comercial i molts restaurants. El mobiliari de la casa està una mica vell especialment la rentadora però tot està en bon estat. La Mildred està 100% connectada per resoldre qualsevol dubte.

Mi experiencia alojándome en el espacio de Kelvin Reynord fue excelente de principio a fin. Desde el primer momento, Kelvin se mostró atento, cordial y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La comunicación fue rápida y clara, lo que hizo todo el proceso muy sencillo. El alojamiento estaba impecablemente limpio, bien equipado y tal como se mostraba en las fotos. Se nota que Kelvin cuida cada detalle para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Además, tuvo algunos toques especiales que hicieron la diferencia, como recomendaciones locales y una cálida bienvenida.

This is a great guest house situated close to the Park Miradur Sur in a great neighborhood in Santo Domingo. The place has old sophisticated charm and is very welcoming. You will not find better hospitality elsewhere! Thanks Cristina for being great hosts, and blessings to your family.

Excelente lugar para descansar en la naturaleza.

I can’t say enough about this place! It is the perfect home away from home. The kitchen has all of the appliances and utensils needed to prepare a full meal and you can enjoy a short or long stay here and have everything you need. The place was clean, felt secure, and is walking distance to restaurants, stores, bars, etc. I loved the white bedding and towels because it was easy to wash and disinfect with Clorox. The washer and dryer in the unit is also a plus. Mariano is very responsive and flexible. The only downside was the pool is located on the 2nd floor and doesn’t get sun so the water is always cold, but this has nothing to do with the host or the unit. I used the balcony to get sun and it worked out. Beautiful place and I will stay again!

The stay was amazing. Home was beautiful and spacious which was great for a large group. Communication was excellent and helpful throughout the whole way. Would surely stay here again.

The place is just like the pictures. Convenient location. Lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Excelente apartamento, limpio,ordenado todo lo esencial para una estadia perfecta! buena localización facil de encontrar, el Anfitrión Julio siempre al pendiente y a disposición para cualquier cosa que yo necesitaba, super flexible en cuanto a la hora de llegada y salida! se los recomiendo con los ojos cerrado y no se van arrepentir

This place was immaculate. It is incredibly spacious, near several shopping centers and definitely worth the price. Our host Rhudy was phenomenal. He was always swift with responses and assistance. We had issues with our WiFi and he came to fix it and on our last night around 1am our shower faucet broke and he responded in seconds and had maintenance team rectify the situation. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars

Es un muy buen lugar para pasarlo en familia, muy organizado, limpio y tranquilo, y tiene una bonita vista del pueblo de San Cristóbal, valió totalmente la pena. Esperamos volver pronto.

If it’s available, reserve it now! I stayed here for a month and it was incredible! It’s a 6 minute walk (I timed it) to the Downtown Center with the Carrefour supermarket, SmartFit gym, movie theater (with recliner seats!), and restaurants. There are 2 great restaurants - one Japanese and the other Chinese) - that are literally steps away. As for the building and apartment, it’s better than you can imagine. The jacuzzis (2) and outdoor space on the rooftop are perfect for get-togethers and hot days. Security (Manuel) and the building maintenance (Ruben) will go beyond expectations. The building will even come to your door twice (10am/4pm) a day to collect trash! My first choice for any future stays in Santo Domingo!
