Ik verbleef 2 nachten in Simabô. Voor soloreizigers een fijne plek om andere reizigers te ontmoeten. Ik verbleef in een privékamer mer gedeelde badkamer. De ruimtes waren schoon en er waren altijd medewerkers in het huis die kunnen helpen met vragen. Om de hoek is een supermarktje en het strand (Laginha) is op 5 minuten loopafstand. Het blijft een hostel, wat betekend dat er geluiden zijn van andere reizigers en dat keuken en dergelijke gedeeld worden. Ook het water is koud in de douche, maar dit staat ook duidelijk vermeld in de advertentie. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is supergoed! Als ik langer was gebleven zou ik ook zeker naar het asiel gaan waar het geld vam het hostel naar toe gaat!

It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Evaristo hat uns persönlich willkommen geheissen in seinem schönen und geräumigen Strandhaus. Vom oberen Stockwerk hatten wir sowohl vom Zimmer, wie auch von der Küche/Lounge im Freien einen herrlichen Blick auf den Strand, das Meer und Santo Antão. In Gehdistanz gibt es ein paar Mini-Mercados, in denen die nötigste Lebensmittel erhältlich sind. Bis auf ein paar Tagesgäste am Strand und im Restaurant Chez Zoe gibt es kaum Touristen. Die Einheimischen sind freundlich und authentisch. Die Anbindung mit Aluguers nach Mindelo funktioniert super (häufige Verbindungen) und ist jedesmal ein tolles Erlebnis. Auch Baia das Gatas lässt sich mit etwas Glück und Verhandlungsgeschick mit Aluguers erreichen. Evaristo gab uns auch sehr gute Kontakte über die wir Ausflüge für eine Bootstour oder zum Schnorcheln auch direkt ab Salamanca organisieren konnten.

We stayed with Paulo and his wife in their house organized to host several people. Paulo was super reactive, he came to pick us up from the airport and gave us a tour of the city. The day we wanted to leave Mindelo, there was no minibus running so he also dropped us in the village we were staying next. In short he is really nice, helpful and very resourceful when it comes to local adresses!! His place is nice, simple and comfortable. The terrace is super cool and gives you a nice view over Mindelo! It’s 10min walk away from the city center and 30min from the beach where you can swim. Thank you so much for everything Paulo!

We've enjoyed Cindy's place a lot. It is perfect if you want to work remotely with a beautiful view or to just relax. It is very spacious and cosy. Terrace is definitely better than it looks on the pictures! The view is amazing! :) . We order traditional breakfast twice and got THE most delicious Catchupa we have tried on the island of São Vicente. I would definitely recommend this place further.

Das Haus ist ander Strasse an der es nicht schwer ist ein Aluguer anzuhalten, für einen Ausflug. Direkt hinter der Strasse ist das Meer! Da wo wir hier waren, war es aber sehr wild, ein Bad war nicht möglich! Vom Haus aus ist man auch schnell zu Fuss in Paul, wo es einige Restaurants gibt und viele Lebensmittelläden. Im Haus habe wir ausser Kaffe und Tee nichts gekocht. Es sind keine Grundnahrungsmittel vorrätig. Dieux und ihr Partner sind wirklich sehr nett. Am Sonntag gab es zum Frühstück das traditionelle Cha

Everything was great, a small apartment but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nayz even helped us find a taxi to tour the island, even though he wasn’t in Cape Verde at the time. He responded very quickly and was super friendly. Nothing to complain about, it was perfect. I’ll definitely come back. Thank you!

Logement très spacieux assez bien équipé bien que nous n’avons pas trouvé de quoi faire sécher le linge. Immeuble très exposé au vent et fenêtres peu étanches. La piscine est, hors saison, inutilisable à moins d être motivé par l’eau très froide. Situation géographique éloignée du centre de mindelo, mais facilement accessible à pied ou en taxi. Réception et personnel de gardiennage très sympathiques et souriants. Logement confort mais assez impersonnel.

Carine est très accueillante et parle plusieurs langues ce qui facilite les échanges! Hôtel très propre. Petite piscine, avec seulement 4 transat, heureusement que nous étions seules (ou presque) à séjourner ici. À noter que l’eau n’est pas chauffée et plus froide que l’océan à proximité, donc la différence de température avec l’extérieur se fait bien ressentir! Mais une fois dedans c’est ok! Pas de « supermarché » dans le village, peu de restaurant, c’est très paisible hormis les chiens qui aboient toute la nuit ou presque : gardez les fenêtres fermées! Il y a une ventilateur au plafond dans la chambre. Chambre spacieuse! Nous sommes allées voir les Tortues avec les pêcheurs du coin, c’est très dépaysant et à faire!

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het droomhuis van Carlos. super uitzicht, veel ruimte en voldoende restaurants en winkeltjes op loopafstand. Meerdere zitjes rondom de woning en een oprit achter de poort om een auto te plaatsen. Mogelijkheid tot koken in de grote keuken, de winkel naast het huis heeft zelfs broodjes en verse eieren. Een aantal kittens en katten liepen soms door de tuin(komen niet naar binnen), deze houden wel van een extra hapje eten ;) Vergeet niet iets mee te nemen voor de veelal arme bevolking zoals de inwoners van de ver gelegen bergdorpjes, een kleine moeite met een groot effect! Wij brachten onder andere kleurpotloden, gummetjes en tekenspullen, wat waren ze blij. Restaurant Casa Maracuja is een aanrader!

Sonia est très réactive et arrangeante tout c'est très bien passé

Chez Anny, c’est vraiment un coin de paradis ! L’intérieur du logement est selon nous bien mieux que les photos ne le laisse penser. Anny donnera des idées de rando et de visite. L’extérieur est très chouette aussi et nous avons adoré nous poser sur la table dans le jardin. C’est très propre Anny et Isa nettoient le logement chaque jour.m et met toujours quelques denrées appréciable après une journée de rando/visites. Pour le soir Isa cuisine est trés bien et c’est très copieux et pas cher. On vous conseille tout de même de louer une voiture c’est bien plus facile comme ça pour visiter tous les lieux incontournables. L’île est très safe, nous nous posions la question car nous sommes partis avec nos enfants et il n’y a aucun problème de sécurité lâ bas. Pensez à l’anti moustique quand même !

Jolis bungalows propres et bien équipes avec vue sur l’océan, on dort avec le bruit des vagues! Le repas proposé était bon!

Apparemment sympa, proche de tout, propre, calme, discret c’est ce que je recherchais. La personne qui m’a accueilli très sympa et très réactif. Je connaissais déjà l’appartement car ma maman avait réservé et elle n était pas dessus. rien à dire.

Great place with a great view! Quiet and peaceful. The only thing i would suggest is change the single beds to doubles. They are to small for adult size people. Other than that it was a great stay

Nice place very close to beach. Stenio was very helpful and helped us through some flight issues. Leo was a great tour guide through the city. Apartment is very well set up with different services you can easily access and in a great location

A opção de reserva deste apartamento foi movida pela intenção de conhecer de perto as especificidades socioculturais da zona onde está localizado o apartamento e, no final, devo reconhecer que se tratou de uma experiência que valeu a pena. Obrigado à Clara pela boa preparação do aposento que tenho o prazer de recomendar vivamente a todo o viajante que queira conhecer Mindelo.

La localisation de la maison est très pratique, à quelques minutes du port, et de quoi acheter le nécessaire pour manger à seulement quelques pas. Très bonne communication avec Arlindo, merci pour l'accueil !
