Our neighborhood is close enough to downtown to enjoy walking to local restaurants, shops, Riverfront Park, and more. Tiny House Guest Cottage one mile off 213 near Marquam. Remote, yet accessible. 10 minutes from Mt. Angel and Molalla. 15 minutes from Silverton. 18 minutes from Oregon Garden. Loft with King size bed and luxurious sheets. Two sofas downstairs can be converted into beds. Not suitable for children. 1949 Cabin by the Santiam River & Hwy 22

Located near Hwy 22 in Mill City (30 miles from I-5 & Salem) The cabin was the original home to the Charlie Stewart Family in 1949. Updated in 2022. It comfortably fits 2 adults & 1 child. Sofa bed is NOT recommended for adults. Private, the whole place is yours! No shared walls; our home is behind the cabin. Great for travellers, kayakers, and campers. Walking distance to parks, river, store, bar & grill. RV parking on request. EV charging available with advance arrangements only.

The living area, dining, bathroom, and sleeping areas are upstairs and are an open loft. This property is on a dead end road surrounded by privately owned timber tree farm. It has river frontage along the the Roaring River. It has a private picnic area along the river to enjoy the sun and shade during the day.

The Cottage is located on our 5 acre farm, Rising Star farm. We have dairy goats, chickens and cats. Our house is on the property. Up to 4 guests allowed but best suited for 2 adults and 2 children. Extra $10 per child per night. The Cottage has plenty of parking, a covered patio and a fenced yard with banty chickens. We take great care with our cleaning regimen.
