Montezuma Heights private Mariposa Cottage

Mariposa is a beautiful cottage with a garden and dinning table right on the ocean view . It is made with antic windows, doors and wood, what gives it his warm an authentic touch. No tree had to be cut to make it! Also includes an outside art tile bath tub type and a hot shower, unique to this cottage.The forest on the property has been reforested in the last 30 years.If you are looking for something private, don't look further. If booked, we have more villas look please under Montezuma Heights.

Blue Pearl Villa-Amazing location! 1min to beach

This villa is a part of our newly constructed cozy resort. there are 3 units available for rent on the property. This villa consists of both ground floor units. Renting this 3bdr villa you would be renting the whole ground floor area that includes use of the pool, and private use of the garden and bbq area. The prime house is a spacious 2bdr and the extra 1bdr is just across from the main house as seen in pictures. enjoy the wildlife surrounding the property and a quick 1min walk to the beach.

Casa Luna- Oceanfront 2 Story Villa at Amor de Mar

My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included!

This is a cozy, modest “finquita” in downtown Malpais. Listen to the ocean when you wake up, see Morpho Butterflies at noon and head to the sunset following the monkeys. Enjoy an all day long breeze and feel immersed in the green Costa Rican jungle! Beach (walking distance), Santa Teresa (7 min drive), supermarket (steps away). Set up is 2 bedrooms (queen beds), both rooms with a/c for 4+ guests. We allow max capacity of 5 guests, where the 5th guest may use the living area.
