excelente, fuimos por un concierto en el estadio y nos pudimos ir caminando sin problema, el barrio se sentía muy tranquilo a pesar de estar cerca de la 70 que es tan ruidosa igual a las fotos, el espacio se calienta un poco por lo que recomiendo tener el ventilador siempre encendido recomendado!

I would stay here again no doubt. It's located in a quite conner perfect for a solo traveler or with your significant other.

If you’re first time visiting to Medellín with little Spanish speaking, this place is perfect fit. Laura and the entire team are so helpful, friendly, attentive, kind and they speak English. Overall service is incredible. The rooftop has great view to hang out. There are so many places to eat and the food is amazing. One thing to note is if you’re very sensitive to noise, make sure to book the back end of the apartment cuz there’s a metro running. I didn’t have any problem with noise. I definitely recommend this place.

Sebastian fue muy amable, el sector es seguro y tiene muchos restaurantes cerca, está 16 minutos en carro de Provenza o el poblado. El lugar tal cual como en las fotos, muy limpio, organizado sin duda volvería me sentí como en casa.

Excelente el hospedaje en Casa Bonita. La ubicación es tranquila, la casa súper limpia y acogedora, los anfitriones muy atentos a todo y dispuestos a colaborar. Nos prestaron una cuna y silla para mi bebé, no ayudaron en una situación que se salía de nuestro control. Honestamente me volvería a quedar aquí mil veces! Gracias Juan y Nathalia por todo!

Excelente lugar lo recomiendo, está rodeado de restaurantes y supermercados , la zona muy segura y hermoso lugar. La casa muy cómoda limpia , excelente atención de parte de la dueña Melissa y Doña Adriana quien está siempre atenta a lo que se necesite, estuvo siempre anuente a ayudarnos, muy amigable y cariñosa, de verdad súper encantada con el lugar mi familia disfruto al máximo, espero en algún momento poder regresar y si no pues la experiencia fue maravillosa. Casa con todas las comodidades que se necesitan en una buena experiencia de viaje.

Excelente opción para hospedarse en Medellín. Luis es un host sumamente comprometido por dar un excelente servicio. Siempre esta a disposición para cualquier duda, consejo, recomendación y/o tours que el mismo ofrece, y a buen precio (comparado con mas proveedores). Las fotos de la casa no le hacen justicia al inmueble, es sumamente amplio y cómodo. Con diversidad de cuartos y recamaras muy espaciosas. Los Laureles es una muy buena zona para quedarse si estas de visita en Medellin, rodeada de restaurantes, tiendas, centros comerciales, y demás. Una zona sumamente tranquila, ideal para todo tipo de huespedes (familiares o grupo de amigos). En fin, excelente experiencia. Cien porciento recomendado!

We loved our stay here! We could not have asked for a better location and accommodations for our family of 5 (with young kids), plenty of room, clean, and a perfect location, very safe area. We could walked to so many delicious restaurants and the metro without issues. Our flight was delayed getting us in during the middle of the night but still someone happily welcomed us in the middle of the night with welcome treats, what a refreshing start to a fantastic week in Medellin!

El lugar tiene excelente vista, la ubicación es central para las principales atracciones de Guatapé, en un lugar muy tranquilo. La ayuda permanente de Sonia con las instrucciones o dudas ayudó mucho con la estadía. En general un lugar bastante bueno para disfrutar unos dias de descanso.

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en el Airbnb de Diego. Desde el primer momento fue muy atento y amable con la comunicación. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, decorado con muy buen gusto y tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Se nota que Diego cuida cada detalle para que sus huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Gracias por todo!

The apartment was exactly as described—modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, cafes, and safe areas to walk around. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making check-in and check-out seamless. The WiFi was strong, which was great for both work and streaming. I was really impressed with this apartment, all the attention to detail and very modern decoration makes it feel like home. The view is amazing from all rooms, everything feels new and there are very good cafes for coffee and drinks close by. Olga is an amazing host, very kind, proactive and always quick to answer any questions. Definitely recommended, you will not regret booking this place, it really is a 5 star apartment.

Another great stay at Steven's! All was good and he was very responsive when I needed something. I would only suggest providing drying racks for laundry and dishes. Highly recommended.

Einfach wieder wunderbar und gemütlich Dies war mein dritter Aufenthalt bei Mauria, davon das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung. Perfekt für zwei. In der Umgebung (gerade im segundo und primer parque) gibt es eine sehr große Anzahl an sehr guten Restaurants. Ansonsten auch sehr zu empfehlen sind Donde Dario und Clap Burger sowie Chum Burger. Wer nach El Poblado will, kann dort einfach per Uber hin und hat zum ausschlafen aber die Ruhe von Laureles. Vielen Dank an das Team von Mauria ❤️
