Newly renovated studio in the heart of 30A w/ community pool and 200 feet to white, sandy beach. Studio features a luxurious king bed, full kitchen, sitting area with large TV, bunk beds for small children (crib size mattresses in bunks) and beautiful floor to ceiling tile in bathroom. Two beach chairs & wagon provided on private patio. Starter amenities included but pack accordingly for additional products Walk to Prema coffee, The Perfect Pig, Cafe 30A, and many more restaurants and stores

SWEET 30A BEACH SUITE

PLEASE read cancellation policy prior to booking. Welcome to this "SWEET SUITE" right in the heart of Seagrove on 30A! A perfect little studio space for couples...but if you have to bring the little one, we have a foldaway floor mat available that folds out to a twin size, ( just bring extra pillow & bedding for that!) More than enough floor space for a pack and play also. This 2nd floor studio space is just across the small two lane 30A highway run.. so just a short 3 min walk to the sand!
