Denia tiene kilómetros de playas de arena y roca, donde practicar todo tipo de deportes naúticos y desde la casa se pueden hacer excursiones a la montaña. En la casa también hay folletos con todas las actividades deportivas y culturales. Dénia está declarada ciudad creativa de la gastronomía por la Unesco.

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única.
