It was my second visit to Bolivia as I settled to become a Temporary Resident and pursuing my studies in a new country. The centralized location allowed me to easily visit Migración and other locations with ease, especially during the Civil Strike when transport options were severely limited. The center is within 7 - 8 mins walk for variety of cuisine and art by local folks. It was the beginning of Summer, so when it became too hot, the pool provided the opportunity to cool down and relax. It was a great experience and Herman helped with my transition to making Bolivia my new home.

Jorge's flat is very nice and clean. Jorge communicated very well. Jorge also arranged an airport shuttle to the flat. The check-in was very easy. There is a staff on-site available 24/7 to attend to any issues.

La anfitriona fue muy amable y servicial. Nos sentimos como en casa. Ella fue muy flexible y accedió a ayudarnos cuando lo necesitamos. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado. Apartamento amplio y muy cómodo para grupos. Tiene todo lo que uno necesita para descansar y relajarse. También es muy seguro y pudimos descansar tranquilos. Quedamos más que satisfechos.

One of the best places I’ve ever visit, at the same time one of the best host that i ever known

Beautiful, spacious and modern apartment, lots of light, lovely art, rugs, furnishings. Above a five star hotel so we used the pool and restaurant which was great. Felt like a cool and peaceful haven, above the jungle, watching the birds circling. Was perfect to cook, catch up on washing and relax when we had been travelling for a while and a base to have excursions around Santa Cruz. Very flexible allowing a 4 am check in for a very early morning flight. If you find this apartment, we highly recommend it, definitely book it.

Excelente lugar, monoambiente bonito y acogedor. Todo limpio y con lo prometido. Pequeña aclaración, no hay parqueo en el edificio, se estaciona en la calle.

Bij aankomst was er wat verwarring, omdat we een ongebruikelijke tijd aankwamen (half 5 smorgens). Dit hadden we wel afgesproken maar was niet bij de medewerker die we smorgens spraken bekend. We kregen toen een gratis drankje terwijl onze kamer gereed werd gemaakt. We zijn heel vriendelijk geholpen. Het is een fijn hotel met heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijke mensen. Ze waren ook altijd beschikbaar via Whats App voor alle vragen die we hadden. Een aanrader.

El lugar es bonito y está cerca de buenos restaurantes. Vale la pena.

Muy recomendado. Es una zona de fácil acceso. El departamento muy bien, todo igual a las fotografías publicadas. El early check in sin costo, lo valoramos muchísimo. José atento a nuestras consultas. En la portería todos los chicos atentos, amables para dar indicaciones. Sin duda nos alojaríamos nuevamente de darse la oportunidad.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay! The host was incredibly responsive to all my requests, and whenever I needed something, she would promptly send her son over to assist. The washing machine was a huge bonus, saving me money in the long run. Most importantly, there were no bugs or rodents. The unit itself feels luxurious, and the rooftop pool is absolutely stunning. The queen-size bed was perfect for me at 193 cm tall, providing ample space for a comfortable sleep. I frequently had three to five guests over, and I never encountered any issues. Plus, the presence of a security guard made me feel very safe throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Estuvimos por 2 semanas trabajando en el dpto de Rodrigo y nos salió todo bien. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la internet por un tema de la empresa pero Rodrigo nos ayudo con el contacto y a solucionarla, ademas no tuvimos problema y la señal de wifi fue estable y buena para trabajar. El dpto tiene todo lo necesario, buena ducha, cocina chica pero con lo que necesitas para cocinar en el dia a dia, el edificio cuenta con una pileta y área común para asados, y la region es buena (tiene un gran mercado cerca, un shopping y esta cerca de los restaurantes de equipetrol). Recomendamos la estadia!
