Muy cómoda estancia! El lugar es muy cómodo, el personal del edificio es muy amable y están atentos en cualquier momento, y en daso de necesitarlo, los comercios cercanos son muy convenientes. Eugenia fue muy amable y atenta con nosotros guíandonos con las instrucciones para ingresar y nos dio seguimiento para asegurarse de que todo estuviera bien.

Un lugar muy bonito, acogedor, todo está muy cerca y es justo como se describe y se mira en las fotos. Sin duda que volvería a ir✨

Hola. Fue un gusto pasar estos días en Guatemala, específicamente una noche en este alojamiento. Está súper bien ubicado y es muy bonito en todos sus espacios. Si debo decir que ingresa un poco de ruido de la calle, pero solo por breve tiempo durante la noche, al dormir. Pero todo lo demás lo compensa. Muy recomendado.

We really enjoyed our time at The Land of Eternal Spring. The place is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature. Martina was kind and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s a great spot to relax and recharge. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We loved her stay at this apartment. It was exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. The beds were plush soft and had a television in the room for those late nights when you’re trying to fall asleep. There were also fans and the linens and towels were ample and soft.The view from the small terrace was very beautiful. It was really nice to relax out there after a long day of walking around. It was very centrally located. We had a great stay overall and would highly recommend for anyone to stay there.

Dani is the best host ever. The location was amazing. Close access to fast bus. This is critical - as this is faster than a car service/taxi/ or Uber. Nice amenities close by. Apartment was lovely, safe, and spotless. Dani provided critical personal (customized) recommendations. He asked me what I needed and responded accordingly.

We had a great stay at this very cute condo! It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for accommodating my family. The instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow, and the host was very accommodating — they were even able to arrange an early check-in for us, which we really appreciated. The condo was clean (I would rate it 3/5 for cleanliness), and while it didn’t have a dishwasher or an oven, it had everything else we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the condo was amazing, and the location was absolutely perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, my family truly enjoyed and loved our time here. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a great stay!

Great spot to stay in the Capital. Me and my wife were able to locate the unit with no issues. Location is great since it was walkable to all the nice malls and restaurants in zone 10. The building is connected to the clarion hotel and to about 5 restaurants on the first floor. We walked to the Oakland mall and other nice shopping plazas with no issue. I would recommend this condo for anyone who is spending a couple of days in the capital or for a night before their flight.
