Im untersten Teil unseres etwa 100 Jahre alten Einfamilienhauses befindet sich eine kleine, unabhängige Wohnung mit separatem Eingang und Zugang zum Garten. Klein aber fein und ruhig gelegen. In einer Gehminute befindet man sich im wunderschönen Wienerwald und in 5 Minuten beim Bahnhof, von welchem es innerhalb von ca. 20 Minuten möglich ist Wien zu erreichen. Am angenehmsten finden hier 2 Erwachsene und 1 bis 2 Kinder Platz, aber auch bis zu 4 Erwachsene könnten hier nächtigen.
