Dachgeschoss Wohnung m.Terasse

This top floor apartment welcomes you first with a wonderful covered terrace with dining area. You then enter the open living-dining area, which consists of a perfectly equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. You can even watch the stars from the kitchen. In the living room there is a TV with integrated internet connection and Disney+. WLAN is of course available throughout the apartment. You will also find a small selection of books and games. All bedrooms have high-quality beds, a wardrobe and seating. In the large bedroom with directly connected bathroom there is a unique sitting window with a view of the entire mountain world (Drachenwand, Schober, Almkogel) and Basilica. The dining area, the curtains and all the beds in the bedrooms were made by our interior design company. Both bathrooms have been fitted with a modern spatula technique. They have a washbasin, a spacious modern shower and a WC. The following items are not directly in the apartment, but can be provided on request - baby crib - high chair - Washing machine & dryer, iron & ironing board - in the interior design company We also have a large bicycle garage incl. tools etc. 1 parking space is included with the apartment, directly in front of the building there is a small public parking lot for a fee. The cleaningfee is €80 (already covered at Airbnb). Tourist tax of 2,90€/person (from 16 years)/night is not included in the price and must be paid on site.

Ferienwohnung direkt am Mondsee

Die Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich direkt am Mondsee mit malerischen Blick auf den Schafberg. In unmittelbarer Nähe(ca.200bis300m)nur durch die Uferstraße getrennt, befinden sich zwei öffentliche Bademöglichkeiten,die zu Fuß oder mit den Fahrrad zu erreichen sind. Das öffentliche Strandbad Loibichl ist ungefähr 3 km und das Ortszentrum Mondsee 8km entfernt. Die Festspielstadt Salzburg ist mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Berge und Umgebung laden zum Wandern und Biken ein.

„Cottage IKA“ ist ein älteres, gemütliches Einfamilienhaus in Holzbauweise mit kleinem Garten und befindet sich in ruhiger grüner Lage. In nur 10 Gehminuten sind Sie im Zentrum der Marktgemeinde Mondsee und am See, sowie in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto in Salzburg. "Cottage IKA" is an older, cozy single-family timber house with a small garden and is located in a quiet, green area. Walking 10 minutes you are in the center of Mondsee and at the lake “Mondsee”, in 20 minutes by car in Salzburg.

Die im "Stallhaus" (1.OG) liegende Ferienwohnung "Drachenwandblick" besteht aus Vorraum; separatem WC; Badezimmer mit 2 Waschbecken, Badewanne und extra Dusche; Schlafzimmer; Esszimmer mit Küche; separatem Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, großen Flach TV u Balkonzugang. Größe ca 75 m². Leider haben wir keinen Lift, dafür einen breiten Treppenaufgang! Unser privater Badeplatz darf mitbenützt werden! (Gehzeit ca 8 Minuten) In direkter Nachbarschaft liegt der Golfclub am Mondsee (mit dem Auto 2 Min.)

Wir vermieten hier ein kleines Luxus- Appartement Mitten im Schlossareal von Mondsee. Es wurde liebevoll renoviert und mit seinem Kreuzgewölbe verleiht es dem Wohnen etwas Einzigartiges.. Fussläufig ist der Ort mit seinen typischen Häusern und Gastgärten und Gastgärten nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht zu Verfügung. Von Mondsee aus ist sehr einfach das umliegende Salzkammergut kennenzulernen.

The high-quality apartment for 1-4 people is located on the ground floor of our family home. In summer time it is naturally fresh. It has a bright living-dining area with a couch and TV element. The large bedroom offers a 180 cm box spring bed and an included private bathroom. The smaller bedroom has a 140 cm box spring bed. There is another bathroom with shower/toilet. The small but nice kitchenette offers best comfort.
