We had a gorgeous few days at Florence's beach house over the school holidays. It was the perfect base for a friend and I to explore with the kids in tow. Somers is such a hidden gem and Florence's place is well positioned walking distance to the beach and the delightful Sommers General store - great coffee and all the gourmet provisions you need for your stay. Also very easy location to explore other Peninsula highlights such as the Hot Springs and Enchanted Adventure at Arthurs seat! The beach house was gorgeous t come home to- really nicely styled and big bush block and outdoor fire pit were an added bonus. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next trip!

Our hosts had thought of everything from the supply of dog bowls, pristine dog beds and everything else you'd need for your beloved dog. Our dog Ivy was right at home from the moment she arrived. Our family had a wonderful Easter; the room layout suited us with our two adult children and their partners. The outdoor eating space allowed us to socialise in what is effectively the second living space, and the outdoor spa was a real treat after a long day of beach walks and relaxing. All beds were incredibly comfortable, plentiful hot water for showers and an easy walking distance to the beach and Somers General Store.

Beautiful place to stay. Bed was super comfy. Living area nice and spacious with comfy couch. Could sit and take in that view all day. You will find it hard to leave.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Sea Salt BNB! The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby beach and local attractions. We especially loved the charming decor and the little touches that made our stay extra special. We can’t wait to return for another relaxing escape!

We had a lovely stay! The host was very nice and always responded quickly to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is great—it's within a kid-friendly hotel, and we were able to access the hotel facilities, which was a big plus for our family. Everyone enjoyed the stay, and we'd definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

We were provided with comprehensive information for directions to the property, their expectations regarding dogs that are brought to the farm, and information on what was available to do at the farm and nearby and further away towns . We never met Nicola, but met Bernie and Diane, who were both friendly and helpful. On arrival our door locks were not operating properly and Bernie came promptly, when we called him, and spent time, himself, to fix the problem. Diane spent a long time showing us the 3 friendly camel's on the property and answering our questions about them. We enjoyed sitting on the rear deck of the Rainbow Cottage watching the flames settle to a glow in the fire pit, observing the river taking with it a pelican as it flowed past, looking at the stars in the night sky, and seeing and hearing the sounds of nature. The breakfast provisions were more than we could get through and it was lovely to be given a choice of the type of milk and bread we preferred. A great stay

We stayed here before and after our wedding. What a little slice of paradise. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the birds in the morning was a lovely reminder to slow down and soak in this beautiful place. Direct access to the winery and only a short 10 minute drive from our wedding venue. The rooms are fantastic and bathrooms are just something else! Beautiful home and beautiful host. Cosy and comfortable cottage. The kitchen is well equipped and has great views of Westernport Bay and Phillip Island. We had a lovely family weekend despite some rain and were able to make use of the games. And a fifteen minute walk to the beach when it did clear up. Thanks Madeleine for a great stay!

Amazing location, easy walk to the beach, close to both Cowes and the Penguin Parade. Exactly as described and host was very responsive.

We had a great week at Steve’s place. The house was spacious, the yard was open and like being out in nature with only a short 3 minute walk to the dog beach. The neighbours were all very friendly too when bumping into them! We couldn’t have been happier and look forward to heading back soon!

We LOVED our stay at Kay’s summer house. We got wonderful holiday vibes from the moment we stepped inside the cute cottage - and our pups loved the large fenced in backyard. The house was super clean and easily the most well appointed and equipped Airbnb so far!

We had a great time. Penny is a great host and the place is great for exploring the peninsula. The location is perfect, only minutes walk to all the amenities including a local library, cinema, various shops and lovely beaches. Our puppy loved going to the beach and played in the water. Penny’s place is great value for money. The people in town were just so friendly to us. I highly recommend Penny’s place.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-organised... every detail made us feel relaxed and right at home. It was easy to get to and felt wonderfully secluded and private, nestled among bushland with peaceful views stretching across rolling farmland. The location was ideal... a 3-minute drive to Walkerville, 13 minutes to Fish Creek, 24 minutes to Foster, and 50 minutes to Wilsons Promontory, which was the main reason for our visit. We loved returning to the serenity of the cottage after a day of hiking and exploring. Surrounded by native flora and fauna, and with Cape Liptrap Reserve right across the road, it’s a nature lover’s dream. With easy access to local stores in Fish Creek and Foster, we had everything we needed. Sarah was a thoughtful and welcoming host... Thank you for sharing this little slice of paradise! A perfect retreat... tranquil, beautiful, and one we would love to return to.

Everything we needed, comfortable bed and the couch was not low and hard to get out of. Delightful location on the balcony with Bellbirds and Fantails. Plenty of secure exploring area for our dog.

Great location and the cottage was very clean. There is a foodworks and Pub within walking distance. Great communication and the check in/out was easy. Highly recommend to anyone going to Wilson's Prom

We had three days spare when visiting Melbourne and found Natalie and Philip's place available, not too far from Wilsons Prom and at a good price. The dirt road leading to the house was in good condition, the house is charming and very well equipped, Philip gave us a warm welcome, even though we came well after dark. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, so bring the food and drinks you need. We absolutely loved the house and enjoyed our interaction with Philip, Daisy the blind dog and the chooks. A very peaceful and special place.

Lovely location to stay if you want to explore South Gippsland esp Wilsons Prom:) I really enjoyed the stay over the long weekend - peaceful surroundings and homey environment. Lisa is very responsive and offers very great advice around local cafes - I really love it!! Definitely would love to book again in future:)

Fabulous cottage like home that has been beautifully renovated and has everything you need to relax and enjoy the coastal surroundings. Walking distance to shops and playground. Our kids loved scootering to and from the playground. Best coffee is The Local by a mile. Aldi in Wonthaggi on the way to stock up is the best option. The Espy Pub is walking distance and does great food. Wonderful stay and would happily book again.

The perfect weekend escape! Superbly ambient cottage, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, beautiful deck and gardens. David was an immaculate host; communicative, full of local knowledge/recommendations and amazingly flexible with check-in/check-out. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great location and felt comfortable for the few nights we stayed. Have stayed on phillip island a few times and this was the most conveniently located place we have stayed at in Cowes, 5 mins walk to the shops and beach but still felt quiet and out of the way. Made us happy thst we were able to bring our doggy with and was hassle free. Mathijs was easy to contact and responsive. Thanks
