Anne & Matthew more than deserve their 5 star status. 1000 words isn’t enough for me to describe how wonderful their Airbnb is. Anne & Matthew went above and beyond to look after us, before, during & after our stay. Nothing was too much to ask - communication was impeccable, we were greeted on our arrival. Everything we needed was answered or provided, from snorkelling kit, to directions & local recommendations. Beach Bums is a real work of art. It is sleek, luxuriously decorated & furnished. The layout of the property, the cleanliness, the amenities & added extras are just perfect, which made for the most relaxing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the plunge pool & the net hammock - the views are literally unbeatable. Everything and anything is thought of here, we needed for nothing! The location is incredibly private & peaceful. Their 3 local beaches are well within walking distance, it’s as if you have your own selection of private beaches. You have to visit this place to believe it!

Monica was very responsive and welcoming. We felt safe and private throughout our stay. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and functional. We were scheduled to checkout on Saturday but due to the late ferry crossing we were able to checkout late at no additional cost. The number 10 bus took us around most of the time but runs in intervals. We stayed two nights, for longer stays i would suggest a rental. I would highly recommend Monic’s place and definitely would return.

Lambi Queen is located close to all amenities in Tyrrel Bay and public bus transport. Sherwin and Sophie are great hosts, they picked us up at the ferry terminal and also gave us a ride to the main town to run errands on our first day. We stayed in the 2nd floor apartment, the AC is a must as it gets hot during the day. The small terrace is great for morning coffee and breakfast. Recommended !

We can’t recommend Lucinda’s place enough. She came out to greet us when we parked, helped us bring our luggage down, gave us all of the recommendations you could imagine, provided the most delicious breakfasts and dinners, and even made us a special meal after I mentioned offhand that I had it once and loved it. The views are unmatched and the breeze off the ocean keeps it feeling cool all day. We’d love to return to Almost Paradise

We loved the home, the location, the semi-private beach 5 minutes away. John and Anita were extremely responsive guests. They also recommended a boat tour with Michael, which was wonderful and cannot be missed. The only negative part was the welcome from the local manager Nurlyn; we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and she was clearly upset about it. She was in a big hurry to leave, so she did not explain anything about the house. There was not even a small bottle of water, so we had to go out to get it. She said the front door was always open and we could not lock the house, which left us very concerned. The good thing is that John and Anita called her the next morning, her attitude changed, and she sent someone to fix the door. Overall a wonderful experience!

Bonnie's slice of paradise was beyond beautiful. From the moment you walk into the cottage, you feel the magic of Paradise Beach. The panoramic views of the ocean and the surrounding islands are breathtaking and you can watch the surrounding nature from the terrace or the infinity edge dunk pool. The beds are very comfy, the house has every item you need and more and the location is just down the street from the top restaurants in the area. Make sure to check out the Sunday hike at Petit Anse Hotel and the delish BBQ after. Getting up the northern part of the island is a bit of a trek but it's 100% worth it. We'll be back!

We’ve just had the most wonderful stay in Carriacou with Dominic & Wendy who are incredible hosts & have the most amazing place. We have done a lot of travelling & we can honestly say it’s the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. They have created the most incredible space with impeccable attention to detail. They are also so friendly, welcoming & helpful, we were made to feel so at home and cannot recommend Prospect House enough. The dogs were so friendly and we are going to miss them massively as they were so well behaved and greeted us every morning! We hired a 4-wheel drive Jeep and this is necessary for accessing the property but by no means detracts from any aspect of the holiday - if anything it just adds to the whole feeling of just being away from it all - however everything is still very accessible if you want it to be! In summary it was absolutely wonderful - thank you in no particular order to Beans, India, Casper, Wendy & Dominic! Mel & Gary xx

What am incredible week we had here! Amazing beach front location with extraordinary views over the sea. The house is very charming, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. We swam, snorkelled, dived and relaxed and appreciated the warm welcome and friendliness we received every where. Perfect spot- thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us., we loved everything about it.

If you are looking for somewhere simple to stay on an undeveloped island, off grid and off the beaten track , then this is perfect - peace and quiet, in a beautiful location. If you want aircon and luxury, then you have chosen the wrong place (perhaps try Barbados or Mustique?) - but if you are happy with a cooling through-draught, simple facilities, the sounds of wildlife and the sea on your doorstep - and above all tranquillity - then Ivan and Fe's place will not disappoint. The cottage bears witness to Ivan's craftsmanship and Fe's eye for detail; they were on hand for help or advice but were otherwise unobtrusive, and a lift to/from ferry and airport were happily provided. Enough said - if I write any more, the secret will be out and everyone will want to go...
