Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Campopineta has absolutely stunning views!After a long day of traveling around Tuscany my family and I really enjoyed sitting out back with a bottle of wine enjoying the beautiful weather and views. One small issue we had was dealing with some bugs in the top room. To be expected in an older house located way out in the country. But other than that there were no issues and the house had everything we needed during our short stay. Alessandra is very sweet and accommodating. We would definitely recommend Campopineta to anyone who is planning on staying in the area. :)

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

coppia molto carina e pronta ad aiutare. Ci tornerei ad occhi chiusi.... stupenda la casa, pulita, cucina molto ben accessoriata e stupenda spiaggia con gazebo privato in spiaggia.

Piccolo angolo di paradiso immerso nella natura a Marina di Campo. Il bilocale è all'interno di un caseggiato arredato con gusto e fornito di tutto quel che serve. La signora che la gestisce è molto gentile e cordiale. Il giardino è davvero meraviglioso, una vacanza dentro la vacanza, c'è un'area con le amache, le bocce, un solarium ed un barbecue per mangiare fuori. Il tutto veramente arredato con cura e amore. Si sta freschi e si gode della tranquillità del posto nel verde. Ci sono anche le biciclette a noleggio. Il mare è a un km. Consigliatissimo!!

Francesco und Jessica waren sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten anfangs etwas Verspätung durch die Fähre doch wir waren immer in Kontakt und konnten so flexibel einchecken. Francesco hat auf uns gewartet und uns zur Unterkunft begleitet. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb und nur mit einem Fahrzeug zu erreichen. Der Garten hat eine gute Größe, ist sehr gepflegt, komplett eingezäunt und die Feuerstelle läd zum grillen ein. Hierfür sind alle notwendigen Materialien vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein großes bequemes Bett und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Das Badezimmer war sauber und ist gut eingerichtet. Es waren genügend Handtücher vorhanden und es gab Shampoo etc. für 1-2 Tage. Auch der Rest der Wohnung war sehr schön. Der Ort Porto Azzuro hat genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Elba und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Easy to get into the apartment. Security is very good. Very nice interior with good quality furnishings. There’s a “library “ of materials on Florence including a Rick Steves’ travel guide. This was a real bonus! Lorenzo was friendly, easy to work with and proactive with information. Appreciated the washing machine and dryer which were handy. Kitchen had all the basics as well as a bowl of portable snacks. Right on the bus line. Overall an excellent place to stay.

un superbe accueil. le logement était vraiment très propre.nous qui sommes très regardant le dessus c'était vraiment top. il y a tout ce qu'il faut ( lave vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche cheveux, machine à café... avec le café offert en plus 👍. un superbe panier avec des fruits et légumes du jardin. possible pour kes enfants de faire du poney. la piscine pour finir se rafraîchir était très bien aussi même si il manque quelque transat quand les logements sont tous plein.

Spacious and beautiful apartment right in the heart of Florence! You can walk anywhere, and many famous museums, gelato places and restaurants are less than 10 min away, often less than 5. Responsive and wonderful host! We would definitely come back.

Luca's place is just as described. It's in the heart of Florence and easy to get to everything from there, but still has some privacy. Currently the sandwich shops on the street are extremely popular, so lots of lines and activity there (probably thanks to social media!) but we were always out and about during the day so no worries at all. The view from the upstairs bedroom is outstanding. A private view of the Duomo that can not be beat, especially at nice. The place is clean and there are the basics there for cooking, etc. (although we ended up never cooking, but the coffee pots were very welcomed!). I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Easy to get to everything from there and if we need Luca he was responsive both before and after the trip. The place is spacious and we had room to spread out.

Appartamento bellissimo e di nuova costruzione situato a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare e dal centro di Marina di Grosseto. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato sul retro dell'appartamento in area chiusa. Hosting super disponibili e gentilissimi. Super consigliato!

Our group of six had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Florence from. Just steps from the Duomo, we were able to walk everywhere. Alessandro was so helpful with recommendations and was very flexible with our check in and check out times, which we so appreciated. We were very comfortable and loved the apartment! We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Alessandro!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno! L'appartamento si trova vicino al centro, a due passi dalla Galleria dell'Accademia, in una zona dove c'è meno affollamento di turisti. È un appartamento rinnovato di recente, ben arredato, confortevole, pulito e più ampio di quello che si percepisce dalle foto. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie per soggiorni medio-lunghi e Andrea, l'host, è stato molto ospitale e disponibile. Molto utile il piccolo ascensore, visto che l'appartamento si trova ai piani alti.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr nett, abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Alles, was wir benötigten, war vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Beide Supermärkte sind sehr nah. Das Dorfzentrum ist nur ca. 500 m und der Strand 1 km entfernt. Francesca ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sie ist sehr freundlich. Wir konnten auch früher einchecken. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Maurizio and Sabrina were excellent hosts who went to great lengths to ensure our stay was as smooth and hassle-free as possible. They greeted us upon our check in to the place, providing us with everything we could need and more to fully relax as well as maximise our time in Florence, even providing a green binder of local recommendations/interest points among other items. The property itself was extremely well kept and cosy, while the surrounding neighbourhood was quiet with the city centre a mere 30 minute walk away or 10 minute bus ride. All in all, this was a great stay and find on AirBnB and we would highly recommend it to any looking to stay in Firenze.

Very good place to stay in the center of Firenze! The apartment was perfect for us, a nice well-equipped kitchen, a nice sitting room with TV, a very clean and practical bathroom, a bedroom at the back of the apartment which is quiet. The apartment is well located near all great places in Firenze and not so far from the station. We also could take the apartment much before the usual check-in time, which was very convenient for us! Rita and Carlo are nice, give you nice tips and react very quickly. A place to come back for sure!

Had a wonderful time. Leonardo is a great host, we had a very good communication. The location directly at the sea is unbeatable. The flat is off course not big, but well equipped and even with two adults and two kids not too small either (and there is plenty of space outside).

Soggiorno a Punta Ala stupendo, l’appartamento era come da descrizione: funzionale, rinnovato con gusto e a pochi gradini dal porto di Punta Ala, in un contesto residenziale davvero tranquillo e ben tenuto. La veranda era davvero godibile. Lucia è stata gentilissima e disponibile per ogni caso. È stato davvero un piacere, speriamo di tornare l’anno prossimo.

Un appartamento fantastico! Sono stata per una settimana con il mio compagno all'Isola d'Elba, l'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare tutta l'isola, è situato in una via tranquilla e anche se non si dovesse trovare parcheggio subito di fronte a casa non è difficile trovare posto lungo la via o nei parcheggi vicinissimi. La cucina è provvista di ogni utensile possa servire e gli spazi in generale sono ampi, così come il balcone dove c'è un comodo tavolo per sedersi a fare colazione. Il centro di Porto Azzurro si raggiunge comodamente in pochi minuti a piedi, per tornare a casa ci sarà una bella salita da fare, ma meglio abituarsi all'idea subito se si vuole visitare l'Elba. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi e sempre a disposizione per tutto il nostro soggiorno pur non stando sull'isola, insomma, è stata una bellissima esperienza, pienamente consigliato!

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre historique de Florence et la terrasse de l'appartement offre un point de vue magnifique du Duomo et du Palazzo Vecchio (très sympa pour y boire un verre de vin en fin de journée). je recommande !
