La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Giovanna is an excellent host! Everything was exactly as advertised, and meeting her was a treat! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, plus just a short walk to the sea! A couple of restaurants close by, very walkable to all the Livorno spots. We took the bikes and had a pleasant cruise along the shoreline! Also - we very much made use of the record collection and turntable… such a fun addition to our stay :-)

Fantastica vacanza Mattia è un super host, la casa è spettacolare e dotata di tutti i confort Molti pulita ed accogliente e’ in una posizione strategica sia per andare al mare che per visitare i meravigliosi ed antichi borghi toscani Non dimenticate di visitare il parco della Maremma con la splendida spiaggia di Marina di Alberese A Castiglioni della Pescaia ci sono ottimi ristoranti sia di pesce che di carne Da provare! Ara Macao e’ una casina deliziosa che ti invita a ritornare ……. Ed è gestita veramente bene da Mattia

Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento tenuto benissimo e fornito, giardino splendido dal quale si riesce a vedere il mare, posizione comoda vicina al mare e al centro di Procchio. Sergio e la moglie hanno l'appuntamento al piano di sopra, sono sempre molto disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Nadia bietet einen hervorragenden Service.Bei Fragen bekommt man eine schnelle Rückmeldung. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was im alltag und zum Kochen benötigt wird. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Duschen im Garten bei Sonne und bei Regen. Frische Feigen ab dem Baum und Kräuter zum Kochen.Ein kleines schönes Paradies sehr zum empfehlen. Wir können überhaupt nichts bemängeln und würden jeder Zeit wieder gehen.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Alles bestens. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Pool und Badeplatz am Meer sind traumhaft.

ottimo soggiorno in ambiente tranquillo e curato nei minimi dettagli. casa estremamente pulita e ordinata. gli host incredibilmente cortesi e gentili, hanno soddisfatto le nostre richieste di sistemazione, facendoci sentire come a casa. Consiglio il posto a chiunque cerchi una fuga rilassante e accogliente. grazie a Massimo e a sua moglie.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa durante il ponte del primo maggio. La casa si trova in una posizione mozzafiato, isolata, per chi cerca momenti di puro relax e a pochi km da ristoranti e negozi. La casa è bellissima, dotata di tutti i comfort e molto pulita, arredata con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. Camilla è una superhost, gentilissima e sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza e informazione.

Fantastisk beliggenhet og uteområde! Vi likte spesielt godt bassenget, utsikten, at det var flere sittegrupper og nærheten til sentrum. 10/10 Innendørs var det ok, så for oss var det uteområdet som gjorde ferien strålende! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Schöner Bungalow mit Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und eigener Veranda. Toller Gemeinschaftspool und gepflegte Gartenanlage mit Deckchairs. Vom Haus aus ist mit dem Auto alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar! Gutes Internet, WLAN und Handynetz ermöglichen theoretisch Work from anywhere. Unkomplizierter CheckIn and Out.

Wir waren 10 Tage zu zweit zu Gast. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sie liegt im Grünen in einer kleinen privaten Siedlung und es ist ruhig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Induktionsherd aber keinen Backofen. Vom Balkon hat man einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Da die Unterkunft etwas abgelegen ist, ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert, um in den nächsten Ort, zum Beispiel zum Einkaufen, zu gelangen. Auch die Pools am Meer hatten im September noch geöffnet. Die kleine Bucht eignet sich super zum Baden und Schnorcheln und ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, aber man muss etwa 30 Treppenstufen gehen. Elisabetta war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hatte Tipps und Empfehlungen und war schnell erreichbar. Tipp: alle Lebensmittel immer gut verschließen und keine Krümel am Fußboden liegen lassen, sonst kommen schnell Ameisen. War bei uns aber kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke.

Wir haben uns äusserst wohl bei Italo und Simona gefühlt. Wir wurden gleich am ersten Tag mit selbstgemachter Pizza von Italo empfangen, was wir sehr geschätzt hatten - insbesondere nach der langen Reise mit Kind war das sehr angenehm. Auch hatte er uns bereits eigenes Olivenöl und Wein vom Weingut bereitgestellt. Zudem haben er und Simona während dem ganzen Aufenthalt immer wieder Eier gebracht und für unsere 3-jährige Tochter gab's zu Ostern sogar Geschenke. Die beiden sind wirklich sehr zuvorkommend, nett und sehr liebenswert - wir haben die Zeit bei ihnen unglaublich genossen. Auch waren sie stets erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder sonstiges. Unsere Tochter durfte noch einige Plüschtiere ausleihen und sie hatte eine riesige Freude an den Katzen und Pferden, die in den Rebbergen wohnten und immer mal wieder durch den Garten streiften. Das Haus war sehr schön, super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Küche hatte einen riesigen Herd und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Gerne wieder!

Vacanza assolutamente perfetta con la mia famiglia (io, mia moglie e due bambine) a Punta Ala. La casa offerta da Valfredo è magnifica. Vicinissima alla spiaggia (sia libera che attrezzata) e a un mare da favola. Menzione speciale per l’ampio spazio esterno, attrezzato per cenare in tranquillità e per rilassarsi. Adatto se siete in coppia e anche con bimbi. L’appartamento dispone anche di doccia esterna, comodissima (noi abbiamo praticamente utilizzato sempre quella), lavatrice e angolo lavanderia. Sicuramente dimentico qualcosa, ma non di ringraziare Valfredo, host davvero eccezionale, che via ha fatto sentire meravigliosamente. Il primo giorno ci ha fatto anche da guida nel paese per indicarci dove si trovavano i vari servizi (market, gastronomia, tennis, minigolf, ecc.). Insomma: non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Da tornarci assolutamente!

Punta Ala is a perfect place for a vacation. There are lots of coniferous trees, which provide a really nice temperature. There are plenty of beach clubs to choose from and some tennis courts. The streets are really clean. The supermarket, pharmacy, clothing store and restaurants are a few minutes drive from the house. The villa is quite big, all cutlery and dishes are available. The dishwasher and washing machine are both working well. The internet has really high quality. Frontyard is a really nice place for eating and there was also plenty of food. Generally, our stay was very pleasant.

Tolles Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein großer Garten, in dem die Kinder spielen können, jede Menge Spiel- und Strandsachen und die Nähe zum Meer, einem sehr ruhigen Strandabschnitt, sind absolute Pluspunkte! Zudem reibungslose Kommunikation. Absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder!

The location is superb and the condo very comfortable. One can fall asleep in the (quite comfortable) bed with nothing to hear with the exception of the waves hitting the sandy beach. Kitchen is well equipped and even has a Nespresso machine for a real espresso. Dinner on the patio at sunset is simply put “spectacular” 🤩 The only downside has nothing to do with the house or the responsiveness of the hostess (which was amazing) but it has to do with the very narrow road that gets you from the main road to the house (and the beach). However, the stress of driving is well counter-balanced by the beauty of the location, once inside the house. Overall, 5 easy and well-deserved stars. The only “sad” day of the vacation was when we had to leave. Looking forward to going back.

La casa di Margherita si trova a letteralmente dieci passi dal mare, ancora più bella che nelle foto. L’alloggio è pulitissimo e molto accogliente, si dorme sentendo il rumore del mare. Margherita è stata disponibilissima e ci ha fornito moltissimi consigli per visitare la zona. È stato un piacere soggiornare nella tua bellissima casa e saremmo felici di tornare alla prossima occasione! Grazie per tutto 😊

Das kleine Haus von Stefano ist sehr originell und entzückend. Man sieht mit wie viel Liebe und Begeisterung das „ehem. Elektro“-Haus hergerichtet ist. Der Garten ist wunderschön, mit viel Licht aber auch viel Schatten im Sommer. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar zum chillen und Essen. Stefano ist ein toller Gastgeber mit super Response Zeit auf Fragen. Stefano hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns das Haus gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Die Lage zum Strand ist unter 50m, also super easy zu erreichen. Es gibt originelle Strandbars mit sehr guter Küche. Meine zwei erwachsenen Töchter und ich können das Haus von Stefano sehr empfehlen. (Achtung: es gibt kein Wifi, aber der Empfang in und rund ums Haus ist gut, wenn man genügend Datenvolumen hat, kein Problem!)

Le foto non rendono, la casa e’ bellissima e in una posizione pazzesca! Alessandra è’ stata molto gentile e disponibile e sul posto Andrea è’ stato gentile, disponibile e amichevole. Appartamento pulitissimo e munito di tutto il necessario, patio esterno bellissimo e piacevole, 10 passi e si possono mettere i piedi in spiaggia… ogni sera si cena con davanti un tramonto pazzesco.
