This place is perfect as a home base for exploring Chiang Mai. Quiet location away from tourist hustle and bustle while still a walkable distance to everything we wanted to do in Old City. There are markets near by for essentials. Drinking water is provided in the common area. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible with our check-in when we got in late (my fault for not reading the instructions). The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever had in an Airbnb. I would absolutely stay here again.

The check-in process was seamless, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed staying at Stone's place. So tastefully decored, we felt relaxed right away. To our surprise we even had 2 times cleaner, wow!! Stone was very responsive every time we contacted him. In the ground floor there is washing machines with dryer, also small shop. So everything you need is in the condominium. The apartment is close to Nimman (about 15 min) and nice University park. If you are staying here, I recommend nearby restaurant "Boat", lovely environment with great music and coffee.

거실과 방이 커서 사용하기가 좋았어요. 위치가 좋아서 도보로 다니기 편합니다. 주변에 맛집도 많아서 좋았어요. 다만 수압이 좀 약하니 참고하세요.

特别喜欢一楼的公区！光影的打造和法式复古家具相互承托简直就是个摄影棚！小猫咪们用一根猫条就贿赂到啦真的超有镜头感（我们住的一楼单间完全不会感觉挤还是独立卫浴喔～旁边还有超宽敞的厨房各种厨具和调料应有尽有，冰箱和洗衣机容量也超大適適一家人租一栋长居应该很舒服～

JJ muji house était super. L'emplacement, la propreté, l'entrée et la sortie. Tout était parfait. Les hôtes nous ont même laissé des serviettes propres en quantité pour tout le séjour ! Le seul hic c'est que nous avions pas remarqué que la maison était sur 3 étages, pas très pratique pour les familles avec enfants en bas age. Aussi, le manque de parking pour notre voiture nous a un peu compliqué les choses mais les hôtes ont tout fait pour nous aider à trouver une solution. Merci pour le séjour et à la prochaine.

We had a great stay at this place. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, and yet not far from restaurants and cafes. The house has a traditional vibe, and it is well-maintained and comfortable to stay in. The garden is huge, and we really enjoy the mountain view there. It is easy to get around and explore places if you have a scooter. We liked this place a lot.

Napaphat's apartment is an excellent place to spend a week in Chiangmai. Situated on the town-facing side of the building, it's actually very quiet during the day and you don't get the perpetual traffic noise experienced on the other side. Well-placed for food outlets it's a short walk to the Maya department store and supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well-equipped.

Garn is a friendly and communicative host. The apartment was exactly how it is described on Airbnb. The Internet is fast and worked with no problems and the building is in a good location. Recommended

To start, Pear is a 5-star super host! She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment is great for easy going people looking for a cheaper place away from the touristy chaos. The building is a bit older, but the room is newly renovated. Everything in the room is new. So there is nothing to complain about. Its also quiet and cool at night so you can sleep peacefully. If you're familiar with Chiang Mai, then getting around is no issue. It's about 10-15 minutes to th city gates. There are local eats around the area, markets, and a few good cafes which are perfect for using your laptop. Overall this place is great value for your money.

Beautiful and clean apartment. After 5 months in Thailand, I finally had a couch in a place where I stayed. It's good to have a useful couch. Also the table was nice for those who need to use a laptop. The view from the balcony is nice, the bathroom is nice and clean as well and the building itself is also nice, despite other people in the comments saying it's the old building, to me it was just right.

Ich habe 4 Wochen hier verbracht und muss sagen, ich habe mich sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit allem, was wichtig ist ausgestattet. Vom Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt, die ich jeden Abend genossen habe. Korvith ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit und gibt auch gerne gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Ich war rundherum zufrieden!

처음 체크인에 아파트 입구키는 있지만 방에 들어가는 키패드 비밀번호를 알려주지않아서 문제가 있었지만 로비에 계시는 아부머니와 아들처럼 보이는 젊은남자가 도와줘서 들어왔다 호스트는 휴대폰문제가 있었다고 했지만 전날이나 연락을 했을때 알려줄수있었다 와이파이 비밀번호도 보내줬지만 맞지않았고 우리가 와이파이공유기를 찾아서 거기 써져있는 비밀번호를 하니까 풀렸다
