Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

The villa was even more spacious than it appeared in the photos. There were seven of us on a work retreat, and we never felt cramped at all. We encountered a couple of issues with two of the toilets upon check-in, but Stacy was incredibly responsive and had them resolved straight away. We’d definitely book again.

8/5 stars. this place was fantastic for two families. beautiful, well thought out, super quiet neighborhood, but a 5 min walk to town. Pool is fantastic. Host was very helpful. Wonderful place!!!

Dit was alweer de derde keer dat we in Em's studio verbleven, dit keer voor 6 weken. Het is een kleine studio met een fijne buitenruime en een verzorgde groene tuin met o.a. bananen- en jackfruitbomen. We hebben genoten van de vogels, vlinders en eekhoorns. We houden van de levendigheid van Chiang Mai maar verblijven graag in een wat dorpser omgeving buiten de stad en daar is Em's studio perfect voor. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig: eettentjes, supermarkten en je fietst zo naar de Ping rivier en tussen de rijstvelden. De perfecte combinatie van rust en vermaak. Em reageert snel en denkt proactief. De was-droogcombinatie die dit jaar tijdens ons verblijf werd geïnstalleerd was een fijne extra. Em zorgt dat je van het vliegveld wordt opgehaald en aan het eind van je verblijf weer netjes wordt weggebracht. Tussendoor zijn Em of Irin goed bereikbaar als je een vraag hebt. We hebben weer genoten en de studio voor volgend jaar alweer gereserveerd.

Super villa, hôte très gentille et à notre service à chaque moment.

The apartment is exactly what you need for exploring the Nimman area and close to other attractions in Chiang Mai. We arrived just after the 2025 earthquake and there was some damage to a water pipe that meant we couldn't stay for the first few days while it was getting fixed. Meena arranged a fantastic alternative for us to stay in and had great communication throughout. I highly recommend Meena as a host and her place when you visit Chiang Mai.

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

Very well-organized Airbnb, easy check in, everything perfectly clean and well-maintained. I asked for an air filter and Tatum provided kindly one, plus free water! I like this condo, it's got real character and is in a great location between the modern area and the old center. Highly recommended!

The place is very close to the trendy "Nimman" area (5-10 min walk) and the great Maya shopping mall (sub 5min). It well situated to explore the Temples in the hills near Chiang Mai. From "old town" it is quite far, so you would hitch a ride. Due to airport proximity, you will hear some air planes starting but Chiang Mai airport is not very busy, also at night here are no planes. The apartment itself is quite small, but super clean and we felt right at home. It has everything you need (incl. Kitchen), but you probably want to order takeout anyway because so cheap in Chiang Mai and the restaurants are amazing. Internet is fast and stable, but the little desk in the bedroom is not ergonomic. The building is clean, and the neighbours are quiet. There is a pool and a small basic gym (no free weights though). The host is super helpful and responsive and when we had a problem instantly came by to help. Recommend 150%!! Thanks for the stay, we had a really great time!

한달살기를 할꺼라..고민되는 부분이 많았어요..일단 아이들과 함께라 치안과보안이 중요했는데..엘리베이터키도 따로 있고 콘도라 대부분 장기로 살고 계시는분들이 많아서 조용하고 좋았어요..건물이나 가구는 좀 세월에 흔적이 있지만..튼튼하게 지어져서 아이들이 맘껏놀아도 되고,층간소음없었어요..아무래도 동남아라 과일두고 나갔다왔더니.. 개미가 ㅠㅠ 이슈가 있었지만 빠르게 처리해주셨고 저희도 조심하니 그다음부터는 괜찮았어요.. 세탁기랑 건조기가 있어서 좋았고..조리도구가 잘되어있어서 한번씩 아이들 식사도 집에서 차려줄수있었어요~ 샤워후 배수가 살짝 아쉬운거 빼곤 좋았구~ 일주일에 한번씩 청소와 시트교체가 있어서..굿! 아!!물도 청소때 마다 가져다 주셔서 잘이용했어요. 치앙마이 도착후 픽업서비스도 좋았습니다.. 한달동안 잘이용했어요~

The location is not far from Chiang Mai university. Better to rent a motorbike to explore the city. . The whole building is under the airplanes routes, in the evening there will be frequents flights taking off, after midnight till early morning, it’s quiet. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay, cozy and bright, size is good for two people.

Everything was great! The only thing I would say is that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Not the end of the world but we had arrived after a really long travel day so would have been nice to get into a cosy bed. Great location with shops, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The traffic gets really bad in the area, so if you’re wanting to get a taxi anywhere just be mindful that it will take longer than you think. Overall fab stay!

과중한 일로, 몸과 마음이 지쳐서 ‘쉼’을 목적으로 계획했던 여행입니다. 그저 조용한 방이 필요했고, 걸어서 쉽게갈 수 있는 카페와 식당이 많이있는 숙소를 찾았는데, 이곳이 바로 그곳이었어요. 이따금 들려오는 비행기소리만 아니라면, 매우 조용합니다. 예약하기 전에 리뷰를 보고, 귀마개를 준비해서 갔던 여행이지만, 귀마개를 하지않고 지냈어요. 처음에는 신경이 쓰였으나, 시간이 지나며 익숙해져갔어요. 매우 유명한 식당과 카페가 도보로 5분이내의 거리에 있어요. 그리고, 가까운 도로주변에서 판매하는 파인애플과 망고를 매일 사서 집에서 먹는 즐거움이 있었어요.(냉장고가 크고 좋아요) 세탁기와 세제가 준비되어있어, 적은 양의 옷을 가져갔었고 일주일동안 머무는동안에 세탁을 직접하며 정말 집에서 살고있는 것 같았어요. 도움이 필요할 때마다, 호스트의 정말 빠른 응대에 감사했습니다. 일주일동안 편히 잘 쉬었고, 다음에 또 머물고 싶어요.

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

Geweldig huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Met een super attente host Anny schoonmaakster Lookmee. Fijne plek om meerdere nachten te verblijven. Een auto is wel een must voor deze lokatie. Wij hebben genoten van het zwembad, de ruimte in het huis, de lekkere bedden.

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

What a great place for a big group. Lots of beds, space and fun little pool in a great location. Yes you can hear planes go over between 7am and 11pm but that would happen anywhere in the happening town of Nimman. The daily breakfast and clean doesn't happen anymore as per previous older reviews. Cleaner comes every 2nd day and does a great job. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It was comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Quiet, private, excellent neighborhood with great coffee shops, restaurants, laundromat, 7-11, grocery store, nail salons- all within walking distance. The hosts were so lovely, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The place was cleaned every morning by 1 or 2 lovely staff who also brought breakfast. The pool was refreshing in the afternoon heat and kept the kids entertained, plus a beautiful lounge area around the pool for relaxing. The location is not far from the old city either- less than 10 min red truck ride to the Tha Phae Gate. Thank you Kat and Bobby for these wonderful accommodations.

Dom jest przepiękny - czuć w nim dobrego ducha i dużo miłości. Bardzo przytulny i klimatyczny - podróżujemy często po świecie i z czystym sumieniem możemy powiedzieć, że był to jeden z najpiękniejszych domów, w którym mieliśmy możliwość mieszkać. Prawdziwa perełka! Gospodarz jest super komunikatywny, bardzo miły i pomocny. Jeżeli będziemy kiedykolwiek w pobliżu to na pewno będziemy chcieli wrócić - dzięki temu domowi nasz pobyt w Chiang Mai zostanie niezapomniany do końca życia. Polecamy bardzo!
