特别喜欢一楼的公区！光影的打造和法式复古家具相互承托简直就是个摄影棚！小猫咪们用一根猫条就贿赂到啦真的超有镜头感（我们住的一楼单间完全不会感觉挤还是独立卫浴喔～旁边还有超宽敞的厨房各种厨具和调料应有尽有，冰箱和洗衣机容量也超大適適一家人租一栋长居应该很舒服～

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

Great place, huge space, comfortable, clean and conveniently located in Nimman with lots of restaurants, cafes, amenities around. Kannika was a great host, she was extremely responsive and friendly.

Noey and Kratai are very attentive, responsive and speedy reply. Clear instruction is given and always fulfil our request. 5 rooms with 5 toilets are great! Save time for preparation of 8 pax.

We had a great stay at this place. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, and yet not far from restaurants and cafes. The house has a traditional vibe, and it is well-maintained and comfortable to stay in. The garden is huge, and we really enjoy the mountain view there. It is easy to get around and explore places if you have a scooter. We liked this place a lot.

Really lovely stay in a great relaxing area of Chang Mai. If you are looking for a quiet place that allows you to explore the beautiful area and meet some nice locals then this is the spot. If you decide to chill and enjoy a day at home then this is a very inviting place that allows you to feel very at home. Couldn’t recommend the place more and the host Michael and his wife were extremely helpful and lovely people!

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

We’ve used Airbnb for many years and this place is one of our favorites ever!! We originally wanted to rent a house in Chiang Rai after staying in the Nimman area but those plans fell through and we found this fantastic property in the outskirts of City Center and what a treat it was. Nice, peaceful and quiet. A beautiful home with lots of space and a private pool! The location is further out of town and having a car is beneficial. Using grab or taxi service will be needed but we like to do our own excursions at our own time so this was the perfect place to be. The team at Japandi pool villa was very accommodating for our last minute reservation and had the house cleaned as we arrived. Host and cohosts were proactive and sent every detail beforehand so there was no worry or confusion. The beds were on the firm side but dont let that deter you from booking this place. First time in Chiang Mai and we can’t wait to come back to this wonderful place. Thanks for having us!!

We had a great stay at the villa (20ppx) . The villa is very nice and comfortable, room are specious and clean. Pool is amazing. The host and their staffs are very helpful and responsive. Will definitely be back.

Thanks Gali and Fatima’s hospitality! They are always responsive to our needs! The villa is really new and comfortable!! Big enough to house 3 families with adequate beds and bathroom! The kids enjoy the pool a lot! The shallow part is safe for my 2-year-old to play while the deeper part js like 130cm deep? Nice food, coffee shops and massage nearby right outside. 7-11 is just 1 min away. Safe neighbourhood! Will surely be back when we come to Chiang Mai again!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Chiang Mai! The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the clear and detailed instructions. I really appreciated the thoughtful list of nearby places—especially the breakfast spots! I ended up trying two of them and loved both. Overall, this was a seamless and comfortable experience. Definitely a 5-star stay—I’d book again in a heartbeat!

What a great place for a big group. Lots of beds, space and fun little pool in a great location. Yes you can hear planes go over between 7am and 11pm but that would happen anywhere in the happening town of Nimman. The daily breakfast and clean doesn't happen anymore as per previous older reviews. Cleaner comes every 2nd day and does a great job. Would stay again.

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

Cozy house at the end of a small, quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. I really love this location, and the friendly ginger cats around make it even better! The house is well-designed and perfect for both short and long stays especially if you're a big company. I truly think that staying in a house is the best way to experience Chiang Mai, rather than an apartment. Thank you, Peter, for a wonderful stay! Our family of 10 absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The house is modern, spacious, clean, and came equipped with everything we need including a laundry machine and clothes drying area. It was a bit hard to find because GPS couldn’t accurately locate the home. We used the 7-Eleven’s address just down the street to get taxi/grab rides. The house is very close to One Nimman and Maya Mall. Tons of food and shopping options just minutes away. I hope to stay at this home the next time I visit Chiangmai. Дом с большим количеством дерева в тайском стиле очень уютный, ужинать в дворике на воздухе тоже очень приятно. Хозяин был супер заботлив и гостеприимен. На территории есть отличный массаж. Спасибо)

We had an awesome stay here — 11 people total in our group and it never felt cramped at all! Plenty of seating and tables and so many restrooms it was very comfortable. The 4 bedrooms are all located upstairs around a seating area, and the downstairs has lots of table space and a decent kitchen. Electronic access/no physical keys made it very easy for the group. The clothes washer dryer combo unit worked very well too. The house is a short walk to a 7-Eleven, which we used often and usually got rides to/from there so they could find us more easily. We would definitely stay here again!
