Todo estuvo excelente, nos dejaron hacer check in antes y aunque por algunas cuestiones llegamos un poco tarde, nos recibió super amable. El lugar es seguro y la quinta es super amplia para grupos grandes. Solo le recomendaría que agregue más utensilios de cocina. Por lo demás, estuvo excelente 😊

Nos gustó mucho la casa, y la estancia. Todo muy tranquilo. Tiene todo lo indispensable para vivir. Los dueños muy amables y ayudan en todo. Está un poco lejos del centro de Quito, pero a cada cual según sus necesidades. Personalmente a nosotros nos gustó mucho.

Recomendable, lugar tranquilo, privado, cerca de lugares turísticos como pululahua y mitad del munto, recomendado

We are so SAD TO LEAVE and cannot wait to come back again to Carlos's FANTASTIC place. We stayed with our two toddlers for several months while in Quito area for school year, and we were welcomed like family by Carlos, his own family, and his amazing staff. The house is absolutely idyllic, with traditional white plaster and exposed wooden beams, lofted ceilings, and all the amenities one needs in kitchen (plus laundry in house!). Plenty of space for our family to spread out, and the massive patio and yard - really, a gorgeous garden of flowering and fruiting trees, palms, lovingly tended - gave us even more room to play. It feels like the world's most exclusive resort! Carlos was immediately responsive to any question we might have, and was extremely helpful offering advice for the surrounding area as well. Cumbayá (neighborhood) is precious, and Carlos's house is in the heart - we walked to the fruit market, the bakery, playground, reservoir park, plaza. We miss living there already!

ein modernes, neues Haus, ruhig, in einem gated Anlage mit tollem Ausblick gelegen. Zentrum von Sangolqui ist schnell erreichbar. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gibt viele Tipps. Ich komme gerne wieder

Excelente super recomendadisimo, un lugar tranquilo, acogedor y el anitrión muy especial en su atención con nosotros, el lugar es amplio muy bonito tiene 4 habitaciones con su baño privado, un excelente y amplio garaje, muy agradable, mil gracias Andrea por tus atenciones y en especial la de tú señor padre, seguro volveremos a tan lindo lugar.

La casa de Andrea se encuentra ubicada en una urbanización privada, muy segura y pacifica. La casa no puede ser mejor, 5 cuartos muy amplios y muchos espacios para compartir. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas incluyendo varios tipos de cafeteras ( americana, prensa francesa y espresso). Monica nos atendió muy bien y nos preparó algunos platos locales. A pocos minutos en carro puedes encontrar los mejores restaurantes y centros comerciales de la ciudad. Tuvimos una estancia fabulosa, Andrea estuvo siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades incluso cuando tuvimos una emergencia medica. Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar para hospedarse en Cumbayá.

Outstanding apartment for the price. Everything was spotless clean. The apartment is at the end of the corridor, a corner unit with lots of windows. Very safe and quiet at a great location. I would definitely recommend. Thanks to the host Isabel

The host let us check in early, which was a big help. The area is absolutely safe. We never felt unsafe even when coming back after dark. A few restaurants within 5 minutes walk, and a ton of restaurants within 7-10 minutes walk that can satisfy any possible desires. The subway was only a few hundred meters away, with a 12 minute ride to the historic center. Was very easy to get around, and the tours we booked had no problem finding us for the pick up. The apartment is well-equipped. Sufficient pots and pans to make a full British/American breakfast. Fridge was nice and cold. Netflix was already logged in and ready to use, but we could also log in to any other service on the smart tv. Apartment was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Be aware there is some street noise in the bedroom due to the proximity to the main street, but it completely dies down between 10pm-6am. I'm a light sleeper and didn't have any issues during this time. Excellent value for the money!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le superbe appartement de Birgit. Très confortable, cuisine bien équipée, propre avec une vue magnifique depuis le balcon. Très bonne situation géographique dans une résidence sécurisée. Tout était parfait !!

We stayed in Jacqueline's apartment for 3 weeks and could not have been happier. The apartment itself had everything we needed for an extended stay. It was comfortable and secure. The view is breathtaking and I spent more time sitting on the balcony enjoying the beautiful mountain views than anything else. The front desk security staff were extremely nice and accommodating. When we left, the security guard on shift gave us several big hugs and many thank you's, which was very sweet. We also made friends with the owner of the attached pizza restaurant and he met us in the lobby as we were leaving to say goodbye. We felt like we were leaving long time friends. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance and also a major bank right across the street, and a large market just a few blocks away, also easily walkable. Jacqueline was very attentive both before we arrived, and the entire time we were there. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Quito.

Quedé muy contenta con mi estadía, pequeños detalles con el uso de las instalaciones que Silvana resolvió de inmediato, pero fuera de eso el lugar es precioso, limpio, volvería sin duda, recomiendo el lugar es hermoso y muy limpio que es lo que más me encantó, la ubicación es ideal.

Realmente fue un departamento lo suficientemente agradable para poder trabajar, descansar y pasar a gusto. Me es importante decir y recalcar que los anfitriones son personas maravillosas que estuvieron prestos a cualquier duda que tuve, me supieron dirigir y les agradezco. Gracias y hasta una próxima

Great place to stay. Very quiet, clean, a lot of space, well organized with everything you need. It is located in a very safe neighborhood and pretty close to nice spots in the city. You do not deal with traffic either. The apartments counts with two very nice and kind securty and they always ready to assist. The parking lot is huge. We used it when we rented a car and never had any issues. In general, the apartment is the best choise. Very affordable, great location, and best experience. Thank you very much!

Excelente lugar para quedarse en Quito cerca de varios centros comerciales y el metro . Los Hosts buenas personas y te ayudan en las cosas que necesites.

It was just perfect as usual. clean and nice place to be. in cumbaya better weather than quito and no far from it. close to many restaurant in a secure aera. the swimming pool is also extra.
