Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

This property is stunning!! If you are looking for a peaceful and private house away from the crowds this is the house for you. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the porch. Beach is right out the door. The pictures and descriptions accurate. The transportation service the host works with is tremendous, very responsive. We had Chef Beto cook two meals and the food was phenomenal and reasonably priced, with plenty of leftovers. Alberto was responsive to anything we needed during our stay and the dogs and cat were awesome. The property was a great fit for our family of 7. Great memories created and we are already trying to plan a trip back. Host very responsive to my many questions.

Lugar recomendable, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y en buen estado y lo más importante es que todo está muy limpio. Esta cerca del centro y cerca del lugar hay varios lugares para comer.

great place. Everything was very clean. They provide cleaning on a regular basis. Thi place is on a main road, so are lots of diners close by. The place was quiet. Not a lot cooking appliances, but Dayma went out of her way to provide some extra utensils. The mattress was an extra plus to our stay, our backs appreciate the firm place to rest at night. Thank you

La estancia estuvo súper, la ubicación es muy buena, tienes cerca la playa, restaurantes, Walmart, bancos, etc. Rosita resolvió unos detalles enseguida que se lo comunicamos y estuvo al pendiente.

Our group had a very nice time. The roof top pools were amazing. Our host met us with a great welcome at the front desk and gave us a tour of the building and the two apartments. The front desk and building staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the buildings communal pool and bar. While some aspects of the apartments might have seen better days, we found them both to have everything we needed. Our host promptly brought us fresh towels and picked up our trash when we reached out, and had great communication throughout our stay. The building has a great location with many options for food and bars within walking distance. It’s right next to the beach and was quiet at night.

El departamento esta ubicado en un excelente lugar, por el complejo donde esta y por la cercania a todo. Estuvo todo barbaro en mi estadia, lo unico que puedo decir es que en la pieza secundaria no habia alomohadas sino almodones lo que le resulto incomodo a mis hijos para dormir, es un detalle que no empaña todos los apectos positivos del lugar

¡Muy fácil de encontrar y acceder! Solo nuestro cuarto el AA no enfriaba muy bien y hacía ruido, por lo que optamos por mantener el balcón abierto para refrescarnos. Tiene lo básico y necesario para quedarte, el mobiliario en buen estado y lindo para pasar el día. Recomendado!

Bere's condo in Playa del Carmen was excellent! We have been visiting Playa del Carmen for over 25 years and you cannot beat this location! You are close to the ADO bus stops, grocery stores (Walmart, Mega, SuperAki), amazing restaurants (El Doctorcito is one of our faves for seafood), and only 4 blocks down to the famous 5th Avenue. The condo itself was very clean, well-equipped in the kitchen with both glass and plastic plates/bowls, and of course the private rooftop pool is AMAZING! We got sun up on the rooftop from about 10am until 4:15pm, so you essentially have the best sun of the day all on your private space. Once the sun left from the rooftop, we got the rest of the day with sun on the balcony and a gorgeous sunset. Only issue we had was with the A/C unit, but rest assured a brand new unit has been installed and it works wonderfully. Bere was SO attentive and had technicians at the unit right away to fix the problem - that girl deserves a raise! 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!!

El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo!!! La zona es muy buena a tan solo una cuadra de la quinta avenida y a cuatro a cuadras del ferri que te lleva a Cozumel lo único malo es el bar porque si rebota un poco el sonido en el departamento pero ya llegando cansado ni escuchas la música te gana el sueño!! Pero en general para mi y para mis acompañantes estuvo muy bien la zona y el departamento

This is a very nice place. It is a little away from town so we should have bought groceries. John’s local recommendations were great from massage to restaurants and beach clubs. Welcome basket is a very nice touch as well. A lot of things available at the condo to help have a great stay. Great local host and staff too. We would love to come back here.

Excelente depto, zona segura y accesible a súper, tiendas , restaurantes y quinta avenida, la piscina en el roof está genial, todo funciona, no hubo necesidad de recurrir al anfitrión, seguro volveré a este lugar…

Lovely, cozy studio that has been converted into a 1B1B apartment. It’s very bright and has everything needed for a long stay: a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, stove, coffee machine, and toaster, plus all the necessary cookware and utensils; a 2-in-1 washer&dryer; a huge bed; a workspace; and good Wi-Fi for Zoom calls. It’s an 8-minute walk to Fifth Avenue and 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket. The area is quiet both day and night. There are a few small downsides, like old but clean, stain-free bedding and some worn-out pillows — but these are just minor things. The complex also has a large, clean pool close to the grill area and a small gym. I give it 5 out of 5 stars. A great place for digital nomads or short-term stays.

what a beautiful location and apartment. being so close to Walmart and having a full kitchen was extremly useful.. the gym was perfect for staying in shape on my trip. beautiful views of the city from the rooftop and a wonderful outdoor lounging/BBQ area. the host was always very responsive, assisting with any needs or concerns I had, very promptly and with utmost professionalism. I was very impressed with the way everything was handled. I even forgot a swimsuit in my room, and they shipped to me after my stay. above an beyond on all fronts. I would highly recommend this rental and will be booking again on my next stay in Playa.
