We stayed for a week, it was 2 families - 5 adults and 4 kids (2-16 year olds, a 10-year old and a 7-year old) the house accommodated us perfectly. The pool was perfect to spend a day by when needing to work or just wanted a break from the sand/beach. House is well equipped with lots of plates, silverware and cooking utensils. The beach is so close it was under a 5 minute walk. The house supplied lots of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and wagons to tote everything! Walking to town was great, the home was the perfect distance!! The rooftop was amazing to relax in the morning with coffee or evening. Had a few hiccups during our stay but the manager - Fransisco was extremely responsive and fixed everything immediately! This will be our go to place to stay when we visit Playa Del Carmen! Thank you for opening your home to us we had an amazing time!!

Tuvimos una estadía en el Loft super linda, la ubicación es excelente muy cerca de la 5ta Avenida y centro comercial. El ingreso al loft con código es genial, super cómodo. Si bien el Loft cuenta con todas las comidades que uno necesita, como crítica constructiva diría que deberían cambiar el colchón por uno más rígido o quizás más nuevo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. We had a great time staying at the house. The chef was unbelievable! The food was great, and the prices were outstanding. The house had plenty of room to hold all 13 of us. The walk to the beach was not to long about a 10 min walk after opening the gate. The kids loved the boogie boards and the swimming pools. The beds were all clean they were a bit hard, but nothing kept us from having a good time. We felt safe even with the kids walking. I would defiantly take this trip again.

This condo and it's host Kelley deserve way more than a five star rating ! Beautiful accomodations and views. The six of us ( all retirees ) stayed the month of February 2025. Amazing restaurants and such friendly and helpful locals. The views from the condo are amazing, seeing cruise ships come in and leave Cozumel daily. We saw dolphins , stingrays and fish in the sea right from the pool. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make us feel right ar home. We would highly recommend Nah Ha condominiums unit 101. Bill Strauch , one of 3 handsome guys traveling with the 3 wicked sisters !

The location is perfect private and far enough from noise but at a walkable and safe distance to the 5th ave and mall. Also direct access to the beach 2 blocks down the street. On top of it , the house is fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, anything you may need.

Todo excelente con el departamento, el único detalle es que el estacionamiento está sujeto a disponibilidad ya que si llegas tarde y se ocupan los lugares, tendrás que buscar ya sea en la calle o pagar algún otro lugar para dejar el auto

El departamento estaba increíble, muy lindo y equipado para los que les gusta cocinar en casa, impecable el Depa, lo único es que hay que cambiar la regadera, se podía bañar uno sin problemas, pero presentaba una fuga que estoy seguro van a resolver a la brevedad, por qué se desperdicia algo de agua, la ubicación es maravillosa.

This home is beautiful, clean and spacious. We even had a covered parking spot. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom was wonderful for our large group. There was also another bathroom downstairs for guests. The larger patio was a great spot to hang out with our friends who stayed in another home in this same addition. The hammock was well used by us. The pool and beach are pretty much right out the back door. We even saw eel, stingrays and several kinds of fish snorkeling off the pier. Loved all the gardens. it was very peaceful. Enrique, our concierge, was friendly and helpful. I was expecting one bedroom to have two beds like the photo. However, when we arrived, all bedrooms had King beds and two bedrooms had an added futon as well. Not that big of a deal since my daughters are younger and could share the bed, but having one room with two beds would have been preferred. Also, the grill wasn't really usable, and the cooking pans had seen better days. Would stay again!

Our family had the most wonderful time here. The house, the pool, the rooftop, the location it was all just perfect for us. We hope to come back!

Cuando vuelva a Cozumel regresaría a la misma casa, me sentí como en mi propia casa y bien recibido y atendido.

Fantastic location, everything you could want is in close proximity. Beaches, nightclubs, restaurants, etc. Would 100% return in the future and Alex is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had!

From the time of booking to the time of check out, everything was perfect. Super responsive, friendly, and helpful owners and property managers. The condo was on the less touristy side of the island, yet still close enough to enjoy everything Cozumel had to offer. The photos don’t do this place justice, you can tell they care about the property and their visitors. This is home away from home and you won’t want to leave ❤️

El departamento es muy lindo y tal cual las fotos. Está ubicando en un lugar inmejorable, cerca de todo. Irene fue muy amable en todo momento y siempre estuvo atenta a que tengamos una buena estadía. Sin dudas volvería a hospedarme ahí.

This is a very nice place. It is a little away from town so we should have bought groceries. John’s local recommendations were great from massage to restaurants and beach clubs. Welcome basket is a very nice touch as well. A lot of things available at the condo to help have a great stay. Great local host and staff too. We would love to come back here.

Segunda vez quedándonos en una de las propiedades de Paola, tuvimos una gran experiencia de nuevo, estaba muy agradable la decoración, la zona era muy tranquila de noche, el acceso a la playa fue el mayor atractivo pero lamentablemente había sargazo cuando fuimos, el guardia siempre fue muy amable. De la casa no tenemos ninguna queja, solo el aire de una recámara no enfriaba mucho pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. Al fin fuimos a la cafetería de Paola y está muy rico el pan, no pierdan oportunidad de ir. Y las recomendaciones de club de playa y restaurantes fueron muy buenas. Rentamos un tour y un automóvil a través de Paola y fue de gran ayuda. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo :)

The place is beautiful!!! The pool is refreshing, and the view is amazing! The issue we had was not having Wi-Fi on the first night. However, Alex the guest service person assigned to us, was very attentive and got it fixed the next day. Any issue you have or recommendations for your stay just ask Alex.

We had a great stay at Casa Vista! Orane clearly communicated all of the needed details and even arranged transportation for us to and from the airport. The pool and hot tub were lovely and cleaned daily. It was great to have an outdoor grill. We went fishing and were able to grill up our fresh Mahi Mahi! The bug mister in the back yard is a nice touch, but I’d still pack your bug spray. The beach was beautiful, quiet and just a short walk away. The pool table, video games and karaoke machine were a huge hit with all ages. It was great to have something to entertain us when it was raining. The AC worked really well and the beds were comfortable. We had a couple of minor hiccups while we were there, but the property manager was extremely responsive and acted quickly to get them fixed. We left a few small suggestions (like it would be nice to have a toaster and the safes didn’t work), but overall it was a great time and we would definitely stay there again! Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, safe, and part of something truly special. The house itself is beautiful, well-appointed, and filled with warmth, but what made our experience unforgettable was the incredible sense of community created by the wonderful people who care for this place. A heartfelt thank you to Martin & Mercedes, whose attentiveness and kindness made us feel at home, and for recommending an unforgettable snorkel adventure. The team that prepared our lunches and dinners was absolutely fantastic— if you’re visiting, I highly recommend the meal service. The private pool, patio and hammock is perfect for those lazy afternoons in the sun. The snorkelling right in the backyard is top notch with so much life to discover! It’s also great to have quick access to the beach clubs right beside the house (FYI they close at 5pm for food). We are so grateful for this experience and cannot wait to return!

Shannon went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed especially since we were traveling with young children. We were able to connect with Alex and preplan our trip. He was key in securing in home cooked dinners by Cocina de mi Tia. Food was delicious and included traditional Yucatan meals. It removed all of the stress of providing meals for our large family allowing us to spend more time enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the pool, beach, and local restaurants. Shannon and Jeff's recommendations for excursions were excellent -- creating long lasting memories for us all. Snorkeling and swimming with the manta rays will always be a favorite memory for our family. We've all agreed that this could be our new family vacation tradition. Thank you!
