Easy to follow instructions, great open space. Didn’t mind our dogs, which is always a plus. Love the dance studio turned airbnb- made me want to dance around the whole place!

this place is an absolute must stay. the home was very spacious with a wonderful backyard. plenty of room to stretch out and move around. really enjoyed the kitchen as well. The home had a nice open floor plan. Jerry was easy to get in touch with and responded immediately and I had any questions. will definitely try to stay here again if I'm back in the Yuma area

Comfortable, convenient place. My only issue would be the dust that was tracked in from the outside patio work. Sealing the area would make all the difference.

Always a great place to stay! Has everything needed and more! Hosts are very great at communicating and responding to any concerns. One of our favorite places to stay when were in the area! Place is always so clean and feels just like home.

Absolutely adored the accommodations! It was super comfortable, and restful between my dental appointments. I felt safe throughout my stay, with the gate security, little compound that surrounded the duplex. I enjoyed morning coffee out in the patio area and listening to the birds. I hope to stay again next year, but this time with my other half as I know he would thoroughly enjoy this hidden gem as much as I did. Thank you, and hope to return again!

The Yuma Sunset condo is a very nice clean unit. It is freshly painted and tastefully decorated. All of the furnishings, appliances, and utensils are modern and appear to be new. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens and pillows are also new. The layout is great with both large bedrooms upstairs each having a full bathroom attached. Additionally, there is another bathroom downstairs. The AC is cold and there are large ceiling fans throughout. An assigned covered parking space out back is a welcome bonus. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Our host Jesse was easy to contact and was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

Cozy location for that perfect home away from home experience. Offers every amenity you could need to feel like you never left home. Great hosts that are super responsive. One of the best stays we've had in the Yuma/Somerton/San Luis area. My family appreciated every aspect of the home, the layout and hospitality. clean, safe and comfortable. We felt right at home. Rhea was beyond accommodating.
