Excellent communicator, responsive to all our needs, good value for the price. Will definitely try to get this property again.

This is our second stay at this home. We love it and enjoyed our visit so much so that we stayed for 5 months. We hope to return in the fall. Our hosts, Johanna and Aaron are wonderful and kind and responsive to any needs.

Our stay at Maria’s Airbnb was fantastic we enjoyed the pool the beds were very comfortable and clean bathrooms as well there was plenty of space for our family gathering we enjoyed every minute we stayed I will definitely book this hime again in the near future when we visit Yuma again many thanks.. Always love to stay at Chris’ homes, they are so clean, decor is immaculate, and the responsiveness is unmatched! We come to Yuma at least 10 times a year and appreciate coming to Chris’ homes since it feels like a home away from home at this point. Location is great, close to downtown Yuma and walking distance from La bodega ! I always look for Chris’ homes first when I come to Yuma. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Easy to follow instructions, great open space. Didn’t mind our dogs, which is always a plus. Love the dance studio turned airbnb- made me want to dance around the whole place!

this place is an absolute must stay. the home was very spacious with a wonderful backyard. plenty of room to stretch out and move around. really enjoyed the kitchen as well. The home had a nice open floor plan. Jerry was easy to get in touch with and responded immediately and I had any questions. will definitely try to stay here again if I'm back in the Yuma area

Comfortable, convenient place. My only issue would be the dust that was tracked in from the outside patio work. Sealing the area would make all the difference.

We enjoyed this lovely home in a peaceful quiet area! It was a very easy checkin & our hostess had clear directions & was responsive when we messaged. The rooms were all nice sized & clean! We only needed 4 nights, but it was a 5 night minimum….so made it more expensive for us. We knew that ahead of time, but probably won’t book it again because of that. The main suggestion is for new sheets, as they had the little ‘pills’ that aren’t as comfortable as smooth sheets….but they were clean. Overall we had a very nice stay here!

Place was great for our group. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms . Brenda was very responsive and helped with all our questions and needs . Would definitely stay again when in the area .

There was plenty of room for three women and the kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment and supplies you may need. We didn't cook any meals in the home, but it appeared to have all of the basics and more! We didn't even turn on the big TV during our stay, as we were too busy catching up. We all felt very safe in the area. Thanks Andrea!

My wife and I highly recommend Kimberly’s place! The house was super clean and very spacious! The kitchen is well equipped for preparing your own food. The pool area is super awesome! The outdoor kitchen is also super awesome! Kimberly is very quick to respond! Kimberly’s pictures and description are also very accurate, this is many times not the case!

Enjoyed the feeling of the place and the way it was furnished. Fit well into southwest setting. Comfortable beds. Large shower and double sinks in primary bedroom. Liked the water dispenser. Would stay there again.
