My daughter moved out of Puerto Rico eleven years ago so it has been always important for her to come back to the island to connect with her roots. Now married to an Argentinian, that love Puerto Rico as well, together they created this boho chic space with their personal style and needs for when they como to visit they can relax and enjoy the island. At the same time they always thought about renting it therefore they made it suitable for visitors so they can enjoy the island the way they do. Staying at the condo you have access to the pool, gym and the best part, the beach. The apartment has a full beach gear with towels, cooler and four beach chairs for your enjoyment. Walking distance to the Isla Verde Strip where you find Signature restaurants, fast foods, drug store, taxis, car rental, Hotels and Casinos. Supermarket 24-7. Airport is 7 minutes away. No need to rent a car if you plan to just relax at the beach. If you plan to visit the island, the caves, rain forest, Ponce museum, Rincon you must rent a car or book a tour. The bioluminiscence bay must be done at night with a licensed tour escort who will also provide the kayaks and life vests. Catamaran rentals, scuba, fishing, snorkeling, parasailing and jet skiing are only some of the activities close to us. There is a kids waterpark 2 minutes away called Aquasol. We will be available 24-7 to help you out. Available 24-7 by text or phone call. Host resides on same building, first floor, you can also just knock. We will give you tips and plenty of magazines and flyers for you to plan your stay. Bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs, casinos, markets, drug stores, car rentals, taxis, and tour bookings are all within walking distance, so there's no need to rent a car. Catch a bus to Old San Juan and Condado. The airport is a four-minute drive. Excellent surfing, good waves. The water skiing, paddle boarding, snorkeling the marine reserve, jet skiing all available in our 2 mile beach, all sand no rocks. Taxis at Marriott Hotel next door available 24-7. Bus stop at 6 minute walk. Walking distance to all Isla Verde strip hotels and entertainment. Beach access to surfing school and watersport rentals. Or just go to the beach bar at the Marriott next door and have a Piña Colada or Mojito. Live music and Salsa classes at the Lobby bar in the Courtyard Marriott. Uber is now in Puerto Rico. One gated private parking on building available, next to the elevator. Small GYM at second floor. Crib and kids sand toys available upon request. It has an equipped kitchen and a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. The building is a 5 minute drive to the airport, right next to Courtyard Marriott Hotel. The beach is right on your backyard, the area of Condado is 3 miles away while Old San Juan is 5 miles away. There are restaurants at walking distance.
