Modern Luxury- In town, Peaceful - A/C & hot water

Come relax at this Mediative Stay. We are a 3 minute walk from downtown. It's significantly quieter in this area of town so you will be close to all the action and still get a great night of sleep afterwards. The house is equipped with all the amenities you need to have a comfortable and restorative stay; hot water, full water pressure, AC, etc. The Stone Elephant has 3 water reserve tanks. San Juan Del Sur shuts off the water often (without any notice) so your stay isn't affected by this.

Waterfront: Furnished Flat 3, minutes to beach.

This fully furnished flat is in the heart of SJDS, one block from the Waterfront. It's an easy walk to the market; shops; banks; restaurants; vehicle rentals, and public and private transportation. You must pay for the electricity you use. [New A/C units installed in 2023; there is a ceiling fan and grated windows to maximize air flow.] Water and fibre optic Wi-Fi are included. We offer additional discounts for long-term stays.

Beach Front Condo El Torreón 3 San Juan del Sur

Beautiful beachfront condo, great views of the bay, close to restaurants & nightlife. The area was featured on the cover of Lonely Planet Nicaragua. If you like the nightlife, this condo is perfect. Great amenities: fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, two balconies facing the ocean, etc. There will be additional fees for excessive electricity use. Big drop Surf House, self-contained apartment

2 minute walk to Playa Maderas surf beach. The entire private top floor apartment is offered, with fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and big deck overlooking the natural surroundings. One large bedroom with a queen and a double bed. Ideal for couples, small families or friends.
