Decorated in handcrafted Nicaraguan furniture, and hand painted tiles from Granada, this spacious studio offers you everything you need to be comfortable on your stay in Nicaragua. Penthouse with pool in the heart of SJDS

This show-stopper is located directly in front of the beach in the heart of town. Once inside you will marvel at the penthouse's incredible ocean view and sleek design. With nearly 180 degree view of the beach, you're sure to get the best Insta shots to make your friends jealous! Directly across the street are restaurants, bars, and shopping to enjoy your days and evenings. UPDATE: The pool has been fully resurfaced and is like new once again! ALSO: There is no elevator.

Fantastic mediterranean villa

Location, space, views. Beautiful mediterranean style house overlooking the bay and town. A short 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and bars, yet it feels like a private oasis. Gorgeous sunset views. Backup power & double pane windows. Potential noise coming from town. CCTV security -respect guest limit. You get exclusive use of the house (NO access to the stairway leading to an upper level). 6+ groups please check our Mediterranean villa listing option.

HOUSE NEAR THE BEACH AND TOWN*

Clean and bright home located in San Juan Del Sur nestled among lush tropical trees. Just a 5 min walk to the beach and 10 - 15 min walk to town along the beach. Close to the action but far enough for a quiet sleep. The home is an oasis where you can return after a day of exploring to have a glass of wine on the patio, swim in the pool, eat on the open rooftop patio, relax on the hammock or just watch a movie.

Beach Front Condo El Torreón 3 San Juan del Sur

Beautiful beachfront condo, great views of the bay, close to restaurants & nightlife. The area was featured on the cover of Lonely Planet Nicaragua. If you like the nightlife, this condo is perfect. Great amenities: fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, two balconies facing the ocean, etc. There will be additional fees for excessive electricity use.
