Modern Luxury- In town, Peaceful - A/C & hot water

Come relax at this Mediative Stay. We are a 3 minute walk from downtown. It's significantly quieter in this area of town so you will be close to all the action and still get a great night of sleep afterwards. The house is equipped with all the amenities you need to have a comfortable and restorative stay; hot water, full water pressure, AC, etc. The Stone Elephant has 3 water reserve tanks. San Juan Del Sur shuts off the water often (without any notice) so your stay isn't affected by this.

Hacienda Iguana Tola beachfront 3 bedroom

BEACH FRONT 2nd story large villa with terrace. 3BD/2BA. Sleeps 7 comfortably. The Master bedroom has a new king size bed with a private bathroom. The second room has two twins and the third room offers a queen bed and another twin making ample space all. Kitchen is fully stocked. The villas have a swimming pool and outside living area. Hacienda Iguana is a private GOLF gated community. Catering is available - different food options - we do ALL grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning!

Beautiful beachfront condo, great views of the bay, close to restaurants & nightlife. The area was featured on the cover of Lonely Planet Nicaragua. If you like the nightlife, this condo is perfect. Great amenities: fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, two balconies facing the ocean, etc. There will be additional fees for excessive electricity use.
