El departamento está hermoso, tiene lo necesario para pasarla increíble, muy limpio. La ubicación me gustó. Lo único la alberca está helada, no se aprovecha al 100, pero hay un jacuzzi que ayudó a equilibrar porque no había casi gente. Cuando estén todos los departamentos habitados ojalá pongan calefacción en la alberca para aprovecharla.

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.

This is the most beautiful and relaxing place to stay. We arrived mid week and pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. It is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, and using the pool. We felt at home and well taken care of by our host who helped us connect with taxi to take us to the next town for the wedding we attended. Front office crew were also very helpful and friendly. Town is very chill and has several small stores to get vegetables and meat and snacks/beer just a couple blocks from the suite. It is on top floor but we appreciated the exercise and the magnificent views from the patio which is situated just right that it is perfectly shaded all day. Thank you for a wonderful stay! La casa es mucho mejor que en las fotos, la hospitalidad es increíble y la atención aún más, cada rincón de la casa es perfecto y es muy grande y cómoda, la alberca es súper linda lo recomiendo 100%, regresaría siempre !

Had a wonderful stay at Delia’s. I loved the lake and mountain views from the apartment. And it’s walking distance to nice restos and shops. Wifi was strong, which was great for work. And Delia was friendly and responsive to my requests. Would stay there again!

El alojamiento es hermoso, Super amplio y comodo. Sigan las instrucciones tal cual de Marcela para llegar porque si esta muy fea la subida de la calle para los carros. No hay calefacción en la alberca y es fria el agua

La casa está súper bonita y es un lugar muy seguro y fácil de llegar. Es ideal para estar tranquilo y disfrutar la vista!

Juan is a wonderful host. He is very responsive and checked multiple times to make sure that we had everything we needed. He also came by to meet us in person. His place is like your own home. He has provided everything you would need except food. All the little things like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, even dish and clothes detergent. All of his furniture and appliances are good quality. There is filtered water which is a big plus. We have already made reservtions to stay next year as a place like this is rare. Thank you Juan for providing such a nice place.

Excelente anfitriona, buena limpieza de la casa, la alberca limpia y templada, camas y sábanas cómodas, buena ubicación, muy céntrica, planeamos regresar.

Tuvimos un fin de semana súper a gusto y relajante! Nos proporcionaron indicaciones claras y contactos maravillosos, para hacer aún mejor nuestra estadía! Es un plus que cuenten con toallas y cosas básicas de higiene personal para no andar cargando tanto ! El condominio es bastante tranquilo, la alberca es grande, y el apartamento bastante cómodo 😬 gracias por todas sus atenciones!!!

Lugar agradable para descansar, muy comodo y acogedor, privacidad, tranquilidad, su alberca con agua climatizada y el area para la carnita asada. Reconocimiento a la sra. Jessenia personal de limpieza, olvide mi reloj en el departamento y honradamente lo devolvió al dia siguiente de nuestra salida. Sergio tambien excelente atencion y seguimiento a las peticiones. Brenda en todo momento estuvo en contacto con nosotros, relativamente cerca del aeropuerto, solo un poco de ruido con los vecinos que al parecer tenían fiesta pero no tardaron mucho en guardar silencio, por lo demás todo excelente!!

I really enjoyed staying in the heart of Ajijic - close to the plaza and the excellent restaurants. The host was very responsive and the caretakers were very kind and friendly. I loved the cat that lived on the property too!

If you are looking for a nice and cozy living space, this is it. Beautiful landscaping in this peaceful gated community. with a great pool and within walking distance to many restaurants, a Plaza and a lake walkway. (malecon). I hope to return soon.
