Excellent spot, had a few problems with the WiFi, otherwise it was perfect for resting after a long hike.

A beautiful spot right by the river and only a few kilometers from El Tuito, which is a nice little town and has restaurants, shops and everything you may need. many birds in the area and a great place to swim just below the rental home. The land is shared with a few other rentals and even with them being occupied we still felt like we had plenty of space and adequate privacy. the rental is also pet friendly which made it ideal for us traveling with our two dogs. Would definitely come back again when in the area.

A lovely place to stay in a magical town. Comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed cooking and then eating outside with the wonderful view. Ixchel was welcoming, and helped us with the ride there and back from PV (if you''re lucky you'll get Daniel as your driver). Don't miss the churros at her churreria. So yummy.

Ignacio was easy to communicate with, gave/left us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Overall smooth experience.

Estancia tranquila y agradable. Sergio siempre fue amable y atento y en cuanto a las instalaciones tengo que decir que coinciden perfecto con la descripción y que están muy bonitas. Fue un plus poder llevar a nuestros 3 perritos. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí.

El alojamiento es encantador como se describe, ideal para aislarse y descansar. Alan y Vanessa fueron muy atentos. El acceso por lancha depende del clima, y el muelle de llegada está en muy mal estado. Alan muy al pendiente de nuestra llegada, nos tuvo que mandar lancha privada a Yelapa, tuvimos que pagar el doble ($300 por persona). El tapanco donde está la cama queda al nivel del suelo junto al camino, lo que puede incomodar si buscas privacidad, tiene un techo inclinado que dificulta subir o bajar, hay que espabilarse bien en la noche antes de bajar al baño. Tampoco se puede dejar comida fuera del refrigerador, ya que animales accedieron incluso a un anaquel alto. La playa es pequeña, con piedras, con boyas a 30 m, no apta para nadar, es más bien para disfrutar de la vista, vimos ballenas muy cerca! no hay atardeceres visibles ni mucho sol en el alojamiento. Desde el camino y otro alojamiento se ve el área donde pega el sol así que no hay mucha privacidad.

Sin duda, volvería al lugar. solo tuvimos dos detalles, uno menos relevante que otro: las sábanas aparenremte no estaban limpias pues olían a sudor la primera noche y no pudimos encender el clima.. cuando nos indicaron bajar la música lo hicimos sin problema, aún cuando los huéspedes de al lado aw comportaron bastante irrespetuosos. y el segundo, es que algunos de los huéspedes rayo nuestro coche, a pesar de que estábamos dentro de la propiedad. sin embargo volveremos a ir, pues fue una gran experiencia para toda la familia Gracias Ramiro y LuzMaria!!

I found the Cabana to be very clean and comfortable. It had every thing I needed in the kitchen The hammock chair was a very comfortable spot for morning coffee. The A/C and ceiling fan cooled the place off quickly. I slept well in the bed lots of different birds in the tree out front. Neighbors were nice

This is by far, the most beautiful, hidden gem i have ever found in Mexico! I have traveled to many many places off the beaten track here over many years.. Besides amazingly beautiful, it is peaceful, serene, charming, and very comfortable.. Ramiro and his family are equally beautiful. Helpful, friendly, accommodating and hardworking...such a pleasure to meet this lovely family. Yes it is rustic, and yes it is full of charm! If you require everything 100% perfect, this is not the place for you. If you want to experience spectacular views, the beauty of nature in the mountains, authentic living, and meet this wonderful family..you have my highest recommendation... I will be back!

You will find a truly amazing host in Ramiro. He is VERY kind and made sure we got everything we needed, helped us out with getting to town and has many great spots to recommend. He has many ambitious plans for the place which will no doubt turn out wonderful! The views are amazing and you can get nice food just at the foot of the mountain. Would highly recommend!
