(Unfortunately no watercraft is allowed on or near the dock due to HOA rules) The house features a huge living room for guests to unwind after a day in the lake and a beautiful lake view deck to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise in the morning . Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 4 bedroom 2 bath is located 4 miles from a Trinity River boat ramp access, also about 15 miles from Lake Livingston. Property full of pecan trees yall would be free to gather as many as yall can. We also accept work crews who would like a more feel of a home while working in the area. Small gatherings acceptable.
