Casa Lumière - A little gem in Maspalomas

This delightful refurbished first floor, 1 bedroom apartment, is located within a fully managed, well maintained complex in the wonderful district of Maspalomas. Apartamento de tres dormitorios con una ubicación excelente en el centro de San Fernando de Maspalomas, pegado a Playa del Inglés y a la parada de autobús. Recientemente ha sido reformado con un estilo muy moderno y elegante. Tiene salón y cocina totalmente equipada. En la cocina hay depuradora de agua con agua de muy buena calidad para beber y cocinar. Hay tres dormitorios, baño con ducha, lavadora, aire acondicionado y balcón con vistas hacia Playa del Inglés. Wifi de alta velocidad.

wonderful flat in maspalomas, in a beautiful residencial area,comfortable beds, large shower and a beautiful terrace overlooking the 3 swimming pools. Just 5 minutes away from the Holiday World theme park with many restaurants and bars, the park south, the city market and much more. Short walk to the Yumbo Centre and the beach.
