This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Enjoy a luxury experience in the heart of the famous and lively carnaval neighbourhood of La Viña, a 2 minute walk (100m) from the picturesque Caleta beach. Next to the popular La Palma street. Very well situated with bars, restaurants, shops, etc. A welcoming apartment fully equipped. Sofa bed and open plan kitchen living space. Air conditioning and wifi throughout the apartment. Ideal base for enjoying the beach, terraces and meandering walks through the historic streets of the old town.

Authentic Cadiz experience, historic centre

A 3 bedroom traditional apartment that has recently been lovingly refurbished. We kept its traditional charm but added high-end modern features. A large private patio creates a unique space within Cadiz's historic centre. It is our special retreat and we hope you love it as much as we do. Beach / main attractions / restaurants: within 5 min walk you will be able to stroll along the sea front, head to the shops or eat at amazing restaurants (we left a list of our favourites for you).

Fantastic, new, luxurious and award winning 7th floor apartment with unprecedented panoramic views over Cadiz and the Atlantic ocean from every room. In the best location, right next door to the 5 star Parador Hotel Atlantico, Parque Genoves and 100 meters from the emblematic Caleta beach. Quiet, very light and surrounded by the sea on all sides, but still in the historic old town with all its buzzing town life. Come and enjoy Cadiz living at its best !

Apartamento en centro histórico

Piso reformado en una típica casa de vecinos gaditana con fachada en piedra ostionera, muy silenciosa en el centro histórico de Cádiz, en el Barrio de Santa María, a pocos metros del ayuntamiento, estación de trenes, Catedral y el Puerto Marítimo. Cerca de la playa, 8 minutos andando. Zona llena de terrazas, la casa está en un sitio estratégico para no tener que coger apenas el coche. Tiene un amplio salón con cocina americana y dos dormitorios .

Atico con encanto 2 terrazas en centro histórico

Si quieres conocer bien mi ciudad, Cádiz, estás en el apartamento perfecto ya que está situado en pleno centro histórico y podrás hacer todas las visitas a pie, aparca tu coche y descansa. En los alrededores, a menos de 5 min. tienes interesantes Monumentos , Plazas e Iglesias y a 10 min la famosa playa de La Caleta. La casa tiene mucha luz natural y tranquilidad, ideal para el descanso. En la terraza puedes tener unas estupendas veladas!!!!

Apartamento amplio y luminoso | Jardines Alcazar

Apartamento amplio y con una iluminacion natural preciosa. Techos altos. En pleno centro historico de Jerez. Vistas directas a pocos metros a los Jardines del Alcazar. A menos de 6 min a pie de necesidades basicas como supermercado, farmacia o cajero y a escasos metros de los mejores restaurantes y bodegas. Con parking subterraneo incluido. Y una facil y rapida salida hacia las playas de Cadiz.

Apartamento Playa Victoria

Apartamento en una de las mejores playas de Cádiz, la playa de La Victoria, rodeado de comercios, supermercados, bares y restaurantes de todo tipo. La calle se encuentra en una zona peatonal, sin ruidos. Próximo al centro de Cádiz y en plena avenida justo al lado de la parada de autobús. Una terraza muy amplia donde tomar un desayuno o unas tapas por la noche. Acceso a la playa en un minuto.

First line beach placed refurbished apartment

Totally refurbished apartment, placed in first line off the beach in playa de Victoria. All kind of services in the surroundings. The building has a janitor, and you can take the bus just in front to visit city center. There is a parking a few meters away (not included).
