The following utilities are Included: AC, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, purified drinking water via garrafon (a large jug), space heater and basic consumables.

Contamos con gimnasio, alberca, 4 jacuzzis en área común, jardines, 2 asadores, camastros, Terrazas comunes, bar, tienda en la planta baja, cancha de tenis, y amplió estacionamiento.

Acceso controlado. NO están permitidas fiestas NI reuniones ruidosas por respeto a las demás personas de los otros condominios. Por seguridad del edificio no está permitido el uso de asadores de carbón.
