C’est la seconde fois et certainement pas la dernière que nous séjournons chez Richard. L’appartement est très agréable et lumineux mais permet aussi de se protéger de la chaleur. La résidence également avec sa piscine. Quelques éléments peuvent être rafraîchis/modernisés. La terrasse est exceptionnelle. Nous adorons y retourner.

Logement super, conforme au photos, spacieux, moderne neuf avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour notre séjour en famille. Nos hôtes ont étaient super accueillants au petits soins, toujours réactif c'est très agréable. le Logement est bien situé avec beaucoup de commerces autour, accessible à pied, c'est à la fois calme est animé, je recommande s'en hésitez, l'emplacement là situation géographique est top. Merci c'était top.

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

We had a wonderful time at Mark's home. It is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and cozy. The balcony is the best part! Location couldn't get any better! There's a boat shuttle that is very convenient for accessing the other side where the famous casino is. The rock is walking distance with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

Très bon séjour ! L'appartement est idéalement situé, tout peut se faire à pied (plages, commerces, restos…) Une belle balade via le sentier en bord de mer Également, proximité immédiate de la gare ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements ou se garer peut être compliqué (Monaco, Vintimille…) L'intérieur est impeccable, d'une propreté irréprochable. Jean est sympathique toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. De nombreuses attentions sont mis à disposition Je recommande vivement cette location à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit confortable et bien situé pour leur séjour !

A lovely apartment in a great location, lovely restaurant 1 min walk, less than 5 mins to turn 6 and less than 10 mins from the casino. The apartment had everything we needed and more for the few nights we were there. Great host with great communication

Erwin et Liliane ont été extrêmement accueillant, gentil Je me suis fié aux autres commentaires et j ai eu raison, ils ont prit soins de nous toute la semaine. Nous ne pouvions pas penser à aussi bien, un accueil AirBnb comme il est difficile de trouver aujourd’hui Une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et la mer, Je recommande bien sûr à tout le monde. Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

This villa exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos, with breathtaking scenery that made waking up each morning a joy. It was perfectly equipped for our stay with two young toddlers, including a full-size cot, a high chair, and dark shutters that made nap times easy. The amenities were fantastic, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive. He even kindly offered to post back some forgotten items, which we really appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others and hope to return ourselves in the future.

Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Séjour magique dans un vrai cocon perché dans les collines.

Incantevole casetta a pochissimi minuti da pietra ligure… tranquillità nel verde molto vicina al mare. Casa dotata di tutti i comfort, ottima ospitalità. Vivamente consigliato per chi ama la quiete della collina e la possibilità di raggiungere le spiagge in breve tempo.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. location is great, short walk to beaches, wonderful bakery and restaurants. Place was quiet, private and included all that we need - cooking, laundry, wifi, comfy bed, etc. Things to note - parking is a few blocks away, path leading to unit has stairs, and mosquitos in the garden area during our stay - perhaps not a year round issue. Overall, the place really grew on us and we would definitely stay again. Host was accessible and pleasant. Recommend for those looking for a relaxing getaway from the big crowds of Nice. It's close enough to get in the action if you want, but a nice reprieve.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons eu au long de ce séjour un hôte très réactif. L’appartement est très propre avec un parking à proximité. Le séjour a été excellent avec un mobilier tout équipé , du linge de maison propre , de la nourriture à disposition dès notre arrivée. La vue qu’on a sur le balcon est juste magnifique est donné sur tout Monaco. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour et je vous recommande vivement ce logement.

Nous recommandons fortement le logement de Laurent et Eun-Sil. Il est très bien situé (tout proche de la gare de trains de Monaco), idéal pour visiter la principauté et profiter des plages et sentiers de bord de mer à proximité. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et très propre. Laurent et Eun-Sil fournissent de nombreux conseils concernant les bonnes adresses de restaurants et activités à découvrir/faire dans les environs.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was great.Regine is a great host and this is our second time staying in beautiful appartment. Location is great with lovely gardens. It is a bit of an uphill walk to get to appartment, but it kept us fit. There is a bus 3 from market to take you up close to the palace. Have booked to stay again in 2026.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vytas' place near Eze, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Additionally, Vytas was a fantastic host, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. His hospitality truly made our stay memorable. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to the beauty of the French Riviera, Vytas' place is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

il soggiorno a casa di stephane è stato veramente piacevole , casa confortevole e corredata di tutto ciò che si ha bisogno comoda ai supermercati e ristoranti, consiglio vivamente.

Logement et literie impecable, interieur moderne et spacieux. Tres bien placé pour visiter Monaco. Hotesse tres agreable et proactive. Arrivée et depart pratique (boite à clefs) Comme souvent à Monaco, pas de place de parking. Nous avons laissé la voiture au parking indigo à cote de la mairie de beausoleil. Pensez au forfait hebdomadaire à 74euros, rentable à partir de 3j de parking. Attention, le prendre en amont car apres coup c’est trop tard. Rue tres passante pendant la journee mais calme la nuit.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Lena. L'appartement est impeccable, la vue du balcon est superbe. Le fait de pouvoir garer la voiture sur le parking privé gratuit de la résidence est un gros plus. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!
