Cute studio in Ajijic

Guanajuato is a charming studio in the heart of Ajijic. Note that due to low ceilings the suite is not suitable for tall people and that the bed is double-sized and may feel a bit small for two adults sharing. Only two blocks from the main square at the San Andres church, and two blocks from the lake Chapala boardwalk it is a brief walk to numerous restaurants, galleries, various kinds of shopping and more. As a guesthouse we have housekeeper with onsite presence Monday through Saturday.

Suite tipo loft, planta baja. SOLO ADULTOS Acogedora habitación todo en uno, excelente para descansar y conocer el area, ubicados colonia Riberas del Pilar. Cama king size, sofa sala, area de trabajo, cocineta con artículos de cocina básicos. T. V. Internet. Baño completo y closet. Área común de jardín y terraza con alberca templada. Adultos exclusivamente. No contamos con estacionamiento interior los autos pueden estacionarse en la calle principal afuera de la propiedad.

You’ll have use of our palapa and heated pool, and we have great restaurants nearby. Villa Nova is a lovely neighborhood west of the village. Our friendly dogs, Chaquita and Rosie, will want a hello, but you can close the gated garden area for privacy. You will have a refrigerator, hot plate, coffee pot, microwave, dishes, and grill. No children under 12, please, because of the pool. The suite is perfect for 1 to 4 people, not any more than 4.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with view from third floor. Kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric induction grill for your safety.
